“Went into store 27/8/25 with our granddaughter who had broken her ankle 12 months earlier, since then she had not worn proper shoes due to her anxiety about her ankle. We had been to many shoe shops throughout Banbury and MK with no success in getting Isla in a pair of shoes. We went in Charles Clinkards and straight away were greeted with shop staff that so clearly wanted to help with the problem we had. Isla was seen by Madelaine no 6553, she talked and explained things to Isla who is only 9 years old. She came out with loads of different pairs of shoe/boots explaining how certain pairs would help support her ankle. Madelaine was so caring and supportive not worrying how much of her time we were taking up. Eventually she got Isla into a pair of boots, she was so excited she wore them straight away. You must be so pleased to have such a caring and helpful assistant working for you. Madelaine certainly gets 10 out of 10 from us, and we will make sure Clinkards is our first port of call next time Isla needs new shoes. “Open until 11pm. Very handy, well stocked. Shop sells alcohol, tobacco, vapes, sweets, mobile top up. Never seen a empty shelf. Also has the advantage of the amazon lockers at the front and free cash machine. This shop is as modern as a shop can get. Staff polite always and friendly.”

“I've been coming to Rinaldis for about a year now, and I (in my opinion) get quite complicated things done to my hair. Both Beth and Julia always welcome me incredibly warmly and I feel so relaxed in the salon. They both give me personalised advice for my hair type etc.. And know exactly what they're talking about. Though if they had a bigger online presence, and did deliveries as well as click and collect... this would be very useful to the town's population and increase customers for Farmfoods too (best of both worlds).”

“I needed a couple of fillings which had come out and my regular dentist kept cancelling on me so from a recommendation from a friend I tried The Hub dental surgery. From the initial call to two new white fillings administered was less than 24 hours , fantastic! The reception staff were exceptional and extremely helpful indeed. Then my dentist 'Sols' and his assistant 'Carpi' explained the treatment very clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently , plus the quality of the work done is brilliant. “Went to Decathlon on Saturday 02/05/2025 to purchase a bike for my daughter, we were offered a brand new bike to buy & best thing was it was ready in 20 minutes! The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. “Great lunch. Arrived just as they opened and orderes small plates. Food came fast and hot. Excellent fish cake and calamari. Chorizo was not at all spicy with pleasing flavour. Good BBQ wings and honey whipped feta was great. No pic of the fiash because we ate it before I thought to take a photo. Great lunch sitting outside in the September sunshine”

“Absolutely fantastic Indian restaurant. We went for the first time for my mums birthday and we had a great experience. We had the banquet meal which is £14.99, you get a starter, main, side, naan and rice all included in the price. We brought a cake and they added a sparkler and brought it out whilst singing happy birthday. After this experience I’ve returned 3 times in 2 months. I will definitely be back, thank you again.”

“5 Stars I had an amazing experience at St. Crisps Fish and Chips! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside—absolutely delicious. The chips were golden, thick-cut, and just the right amount of salty. You can tell everything is cooked fresh to order. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick, even during a busy time. The place was clean and had a cozy, traditional vibe. “I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive.
