“Just back from a 3 day and night stay in t The Corn Store, Intwood farm. A lovely rustic style cottage/barn on a working cattle farm. A lovely peaceful quiet place to stay in country surroundings. Nice clean and tidy accommodation, underfloor heating, onsuite bathroom, large bath and shower, comfy bed , a second toilet and wash facilities as well as washing machine, dishwasher all utensils, tea coffee milk sugar salt pepper spare light bulbs washing up tabs and liquid. Towels toilet rolls bedding all excellent. There is a massive Tesco just 3 miles down the road too and a waitrose nearby. 8-10 miles from the broads and 30 -40 MINS drive from the coast. Parking right outside the front door. The hosts were great ,kept us informed at every stage , kept in touch but not intrusive, just email contact. But they were contactable if needed and responsive .”
“I had a great stay at St Benedicts View. I was in town for work and, tired of hotels, tried Ginger and Gold. They have an impressive attitude to customer service, answering my questions quickly. I was greeted at the apartment and given a tour (it has to be seen to be believed). The apartment is very well equipped to a high standard and very comfortable. The whole stay was flawless and checkout simple - they even followed up to check all had been ok. Very thoughtful. I will be back next time I am in town.”
“If you can forgive the self indulgent photos, I love the period costumes which you get an opportunity to see and try on. Go room to room visiting what life may have been like for the wealthy that lived, lay, dined, plotted maybe... View the articles and written information, climb the haunted staircase... OK so it wasn't haunted as such but felt like it could be, should be. Lots to see so allow yourself some time to take it in. I love history so was there around 40 minutes. There is on street parking nearby or at car parks. Do check for opening times.. and there are concessions. Visited on heritage days so was free however still great value”
“Really comfortable and generously sized room. But it was the staff who really made it an excellent venue. Can we especially mention Jake in the kitchen who took extraordinary care in the preparation of our dinner and breakfast. Our son has coeliac desease and the staff were very kind understanding and sensitive to his needs. Jake came through with especial care in the preparation of his food. We are most grateful.”
“Brilliant meal. Lovely friendly staff, great menu choices including drinks (mocktails too!). The build your own Donburi bowl is fantastic, and I strongly recommend the hot honey chicken. Generous portions - i couldn't finish mine! Reasonable pricing too, I'll be back!”
“I really enjoyed my time visiting NUA. The town's people area insanely nice and helpful. The teachers are welcoming and the place looks nice. Facilities are pretty alright and I overall had a positive experience.”
“Room was great, we took our own. Service fantastic, we looked after ourselves, after a friendly welcome from the site staff. The location is great for walking, especially into the City of Norwich.”
“Tastied breakfast we have had! Really filling, cooked well and great value, we love the food here! Bacon and egg sandwich is so good!”
“Great location and loads of lovely space for us 5 friends. A trip to the theatre was a 2 minute walk, and the town centre is just round the corner. Communication was easy and the heating problem was quickly resolved. Thankyou Ginger and Gold...”
“I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming two-bedroom house in a peaceful suburban area managed by Ginger And Gold Management through Airbnb, and I cannot express how delightful the experience was. From the well-presented interiors to the seamless hosting approach, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The house itself was a haven of comfort, impeccably clean, and exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere. The thoughtful arrangement of furnishings showcased a keen eye for design, creating a space that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. Every room was well-equipped, and it was evident that Ginger And Gold Management took great care in ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of my experience was the seamless and professional hosting provided by Ginger And Gold Management. From the moment we booked the accommodation, their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly friendly. The check-in process was effortless, and we immediately felt a sense of welcome upon entering the property. What stood out the most was the perfect balance they struck between being attentive hosts and respecting our privacy. We were able to enjoy our stay without any disturbances, yet we felt reassured knowing that they were just a message away on both Airbnb and WhatsApp in case we needed anything. Ginger And Gold Management's commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident in the little touches throughout the house. From a well-detailed guest guide to thoughtful amenities provided, it was clear that they went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It's this level of dedication and attention to detail that sets them apart as hosts who truly care about the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. In conclusion, my colleague and I had an outstanding experience staying with Ginger And Gold Management. Their professionalism, coupled with the exceptional quality of the house, made our trip memorable and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home, and I look forward to booking with them again in the future. Kudos to Ginger And Gold Management for setting the standard for exceptional Airbnb hosting!”
“The amazing staff are what makes this hotel special, always welcoming and ready to greet you with a smile. Big Shout out to Cat & Craig, on reception and Rose, Jack and Gary behind the bar and in the restaurant whom I see throughout my stay and are always friendly & helpful. Also have to mention the great cleaning staff. I stay here for 2 weeks every month and every time is an enjoyable stay.”
“Olly did an amazing job of mine and my husband's piercings today. He helped us to choose our jewellery without any pressure to buy the more expensive products, was patient and talked us though the piercing process, and inflicted remarkably little pain! My husband has never been pierced before and he's already planning on going back.”
“What a lovely find ! We were looking for a nice one night romantic getaway at a reasonable price , we definitely found it here ! The Beautiful blue room with four poster bed was stunning. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet in the room. We had everything we required for our stay. Breakfast was superb! We had such a lovely night and will definitely come back !”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Chopstix Norwich! I visited Chopstix at Gentleman’s Walk and had a fantastic meal. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. I tried a mix of dishes — vegetable noodles, caramel chicken, salt & pepper chicken, and sweet & sour chicken — and everything was delicious. The caramel chicken was my favourite, but honestly, everything was very tasty! The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well presented, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend Chopstix to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal in Norwich. Great value for money too!”
“What a wondrous place! When we walked out it felt we had been there for a few minutes but well over an hour had passed. You will see all sorts of cultural exhibits, all labelled with very informative descriptions. Another great thing about this is that it's a museum that is also a shop! Some of the items on display are up for grabs, in a very non-pushy way, so if you're planning on leaving with a bit of South Asia with you, there are options for all pocket sizes. Strongly recommend! Worth mentioning: parking on site (Norwich isn't great for this) very friendly and knowledgeable staff packed with interesting items without seeming cluttered free entry”
“Stayed for two nights. Super clean and relaxing with lovely quirky decor. Room very thoughtfully designed (lots of charging points, magnifying mirror, great shower etc). We were looked after very well by Danni whose full English breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had”
“A real suprise! Very interesting collection of art and antiquities.. I specifically went to see 'Hot Spot' by Mona Hatoum... Very powerful piece!!”
“Saw Hammer to Fall there last Saturday, my Fiancé son is the lead guitarist, they have played in many venues, but this venue was really lovely ,really nice staff, and great sound , really would come here again to see other groups”
“Wonderful pub, fine selection of Real ales & alcohol free options. Although the pub itself mainly serves snacks, there are plenty of them. The pub is 90% wheelchair accessible, including the bar, and both the staff and clientelenare friendly and welcoming. It has a huge selection of real ales, and 11 alcohol free options, plus several ciders and some gins and wines. This pub reserves 2 tables a day for the use of customers ordering take away. This pub has a wonderful range of drinks and a friendly atmosphere. If I lived closer, it would quickly become my local.”
“I had a prolonged hotel stay between moving house. I wish I’d found Church Farm much earlier. The cleanliness was outstanding. The omelette’s are the best I’ve ever tasted(including my own) thank you Carol. The room was very well equipped with fridge and microwave. Michaela the manager was always accommodating, friendly and reassuring at such a stressful time. Thank you to you all. Best wishes Julie x”
“We loved our meal here. Everything was so tasty. We were able to order in confidence our meal would be vegan. The staff are very attentive and helpful. It's very busy, clearly a popular restaurant. We will definitely go again, it's amazing. Thanks for having us. We went again just last night, it has moved to Stracey Road, it was equally amazing, very tasty, I loved it all and will definitely return. Our waitress was so lovely smiling and happy, helpful and gave good advice. Thanks for keeping so good!”
“Argyle on tour !! 9hrs to get here by train but a 20 minute walk to this pub and with a nice real ale in my hand it mattered not. Nice bar staff....very friendly and even guided me to a few more pubs on the way back to Carrow Road stadium. Lovely old traditional pub steeped in history. Sadly, another bad day for Argyle.....we got stuffed 6 - 1. Ah well....only another 9hrs to get home....”
“Easy walk from the city centre. Large comfortable rooms. Limited menu, tasty OK for a few days. Friendly staff.”
“Beautiful food, a wait, but it was VERY busy. Had the set menu for 2, fed 2 adults and a child. I would high recommend a visit.”
“What a great cottage! Ideally located within walking distance of both the beach and shops but also a good base for exploring further afield. Very much home from home with everything you would expect plus some bonuses such as fibre broadband. Highly recommended.”
