“k summary: 100% recommend Here's why: Looked online to see if the place was dog friendly and found no details but the menu looked nice and other reviews were good so we risked it and yes they are dog friendly! Staff were warm and welcoming from the start. The place is cozy, well decorated and arranged. We found a seat quickly for brunch around 10am on a Friday morning. We ordered a dirty chai latte which they claim to be homemade. I can definitely confirm it tasted nothing like the powdered stuff and was quite possibly the nicest one I've ever had. We were asked about our dietary requirements and allergies which is always nice. I'm a vegetarian and it's often hard to find places that do more than some bland fry up with veggie sausages.. this place delivers for all preferences. My partner had the Pantry breakfast which was a generous plate with homemade baked beans and sausages that he said were well seasoned and flavourful as well as nice bagon and the choice of eggs 3 ways, he went with poached. The pancakes can apparently be swapped with toast but who would want that. Real maple syrup was also served with the dish. I had the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough which I'm going to be honest was a small portion but it was delicious. I could have done with a second slice of sourdough.. maybe an egg on each with all the toppings. The avocado surprised me. I expected just some sliced unseasoned avocado as most places do but this was actually mashed avocado seasoned and flavoured with lime. Gorgeous pairing of pickled red onion. Feta and micro greens. Finally there was a selection of cakes but recently becoming diabetic, I could not indulge. Very sad indeed as the cakes and pastries looked amazing. Maybe one day there will be low sugar options available. All in all, it was a nice little find and definitely a place we'd go back to.”

“I have been eating occasionally at Amores for many years, but it was probably about 5 years since my last visit. I had clearly forgotten just HOW GOOD the food is. The menu is great to enable you to construct the dish how you like, choosing your main component (i.e. meat) cooked in a way you like and then selecting appropriate sides, such as pasta, fries, veg etc to suit your mood. The options are all so very tempting! Service is quite speedy, with very helpful and friendly staff making you feel well looked after. The Tiramisu is divine... it was all exceptional but I will be having dirty dreams about that dessert.... If you haven't tried it yet, please do. It's well priced and you will leave feeling so very very happy.”

But it wasn't just the food that made this breakfast special - Ziggy's warm and welcoming personality added an extra touch of charm to the experience. “Definitely the best dining experience in Nottingham, hands down. (I visited the Showcase cinema complex branch!) First class food, first class service. Great ambience and music. And out-of-the-world price! I didn’t even realise I came here on opening day, and it’s all decked out, the staff revved up and smiling. Thanks especially to Burak- excellent recommendation and such warm service. Great guy. And thanks to Sedaf too for her friendly service. If you haven’t visited this place, you must. Great tasting genuine Turkish food, good portions. Very clean place,, good vibe, warm service, and it does not tank your budget…. what’s not to love?!! For anyone local or further afield make this a stop off point when going for a walk around Attenborough, look carefully on your maps and you will find a twitchel that brings you out opposite the Bistro from near the Trent circular walk. “had a brilliant first experience at bistro 66 - visited with 3 friends for a birthday and it was lovely! our waitress Valentina provided excellent service, she was so welcoming, helpful and organised a birthday sparkler during dessert. the restaurant is really nice inside, clean and a great atmosphere. the food was delicious and well priced. we had a brilliant evening and will be back soon!”

“I had booked a table for dinner as all my friends rave about the food. They weren't wrong!!! We ordered the set menu as well as an additional three dishes and everything was super delicious and freshly prepared. The Asian slaw is absolutely incredible, best I've ever had! As usual we had ordered too much food but I took the leftovers home to have for lunch. The staff were welcoming and seated us straight away and we're attentive taking our orders etc. It's not the most romantic place to go and eat but overall the atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was really busy. I cannot wait to go back!”

“Since there's been a new manager the place has improved a great deal. Never once have I had a bad meal from here. The new staff and old one's are all very professional polite and always helpful. Even the food I've had on a takeaway basis has always been nice. Definitely one of my favourites in the area. They did a set meal with a band playing and was definitely my best night so far.”

“Got my order wrong 1 time and wasn’t happy but have been going to this place for many years bound too happen 1 time right…the bacon is really fatty, nonetheless everything else is excellent. 10/10 rating the sausage is great the eggs are nice and the hash browns are amazing and staff are super nice and friendly :)”
