We went with Heyl Interiors firstly because- after searching the internet high and low- they offered products that were not available elsewhere, and offer fair, competitive prices for anything that is vaguely similarly available elsewhere. The communication was easy from the beginning, and the team were gracious and attentive at meeting a proposed delivery deadline we suggested. We were very impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile and felt included all throughout this, with (Paul?) sending update photos of the craftsmanship. We ordered a bespoke bar top, a coffee table and two large dining tables. The products were delivered in good time and tables were installed well. They looked even better in person and had been finished to a high standard. “Went for lunch. The cafe was busy but managed to get a table for 3 of us. Lovely views infront of the glass floor to ceiling windows of the surrounding area. Prices are quite high, however this outweighed by the quality and selection of the food. I had quiche of the day which came with a plate full off salad and pasta with a door wedge size of quiche. Well worth the money! Good selection of drinks available with a promot service. The selection of cakes are definitely tempting as well. Will definitely pay another visit l.”

“From day one to beyond the finish, Incite can't do enough to help get you the result you're after. Would highly recommend. From start to finish (and beyond) Incite showed a genuine interest in our project. We were having a complete kitchen re-work with new wiring, ceiling, thicker floor tiles - everything was going to be different. Although the room had limited scope for layout differences, the changes Mark suggested were perfect and have given us a far more impressive result. To take on a project like this, Incite needed to liaise with our builders, plumbers and electricians as well as the worktop company. They took all this on without any involvement from ourselves and as if by magic, the various project pieces aligned to the delivery date we'd been promised. The team even helped by working directly with the dish-washer suppliers as the door mechanism on our chosen product didn't work with the kitchen design (our fault!) We've asked for touch-up paint and some oil for the naked woodwork - none of this has been a problem. Seriously - if you want something designed for you and installed by the very people that design and build it, look no further. Amazing quality and (comparing to the high end catalogue suppliers) incredible value. Buy cheap, buy twice.. but buy from Incite and you genuinely get the top end product and service without the middleman overhead. We're handing them two more projects in the future.. an office and a bedroom. No hesitation at all.”

He was flexible and accommodating. We'd been to another four bathroom shops before choosing Clarke (because of their service, quality and pricing).
