Stella has been amazing in her expert advice and support. She provides a bespoke service and ensures every detail is perfect. She has a good eye for detail, design and colour. The communication with IBKS is always prompt and clear. Stella is always open to listen to my ideas and opinions and is very patient with me with my questions. The showroom is so lovely and me and mum must have visited about 10 times! We have so many comments on pieces in the bathrooms and we love our downstairs WC. It really looks like a statement room. I would highly recommend them :)”

“Dunelm have just recently revamped their store in Ilkeston and made an absolutely fabulous job. The store is now so light and airy, with lots of household bargains. The best thing is that they have made a cafe in the store and it us absolutely brilliant. The food is good quality and very reasonable, service is quick. The staff are so polite, helpful, and professional. They have named their cafe Pause.”

Alone and distressed, he called out for help. By remarkable good fortune, two John Lewis Partnership delivery drivers were making a delivery nearby in Mansfield Woodhouse. Upon hearing his calls, they immediately came to his aid — lifting him carefully to his feet, ensuring he was steady, and accompanying him safely back into his home. These two individuals demonstrated exceptional care, empathy, and professionalism — going far beyond the expectations of their roles to assist an elderly gentleman in real need.
