“One needle! I had bursitis in my hip. Really painful. A Physio had given me exercises which absolutely crippled me. I was on strong painkillers. I spoke to Martin who taught me how to find the specific muscle to rub it. A week later he used one acupuncture needle for 5 minutes and the pain went. I haven't needed to use painkillers since. Appointments aren’t difficult to get either, typically offering a f2f/ follow up appointment the same week- I called up on Friday for an appointment and was offered one for the upcoming Monday! GP’s are thorough, caring and listen to your concerns. A very efficient and brilliant GP, the best I’ve had!”

“My husband had to visit emergency care yesterday(Friday 22nd.Nov),he had slashed his hand badly whilst we on holiday in caravan. We went to Emergency and altho.they were very busy,we were dealt with at reception by a very polite and efficient young lady,who found my husband's details very promptly. “On Sunday 27/7 I was staying with my sister in Nottingham when I was taken ill. She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff. Everybody was very helpful and very cheerful. I really could not have had a better experience at an expensive private hospital. Even the food was good! Thank you so much”
