“After my nephew who is disabled and has severe learning difficulties was admitted to lings bar it was a worrying time for the family . There was absolutely no need what an amazing place each and every staff member went out of there way to make sure Jordan who was admitted with severe dermatology issues was looked after like he was family of their own . We can’t thank you all enough and I know Jordan is going to miss you all. Me personally would like to say a massive thank you to Donna and Claire they went above and beyond and to see you both cuddle him and be like mothers to him your absolutely amazing angels in disguise. Thank you a million times over all of you such an amazing team x”

“I used the Physio dept on the second floor - I had an appointment. There is a receptionist on the ground floor to direct you to the correct floor. At the physio dept. there is no receptionist. Find a seat in their waiting room area and wait. The physio will come out at your allocated time and call you in for your appointment. Staff have been very punctual at my three visits.”

“I have been with this surgery 9 years. Always greeted pleasantly and politely by the admins. Dr Fogarty is so personable and professional. Always has time to listen and is very compassionate. The best GP i have had the pleasure of seeing. She sets the bar very high and I hope she never leaves.”

“I attended the Nottingham University City hospital Urology Centre for a biopsy on my prostate . This is a review to say how pleased I have been in the way I was treated by all members of the hospital staff, ranging from the reception through to the nursing practitioners (Emma & Leggi) and lovely Staff nurse All aspects of my visit to the hospital were absolutely first class and really helped to put me at ease. This does not happen by accident . It is by the excellent dedication of all the staff to their job and professionalism. I can’t praise them enough, they are absolute angels. I love them so much. They turned a potentially daunting experience into something nicer. Which I can praise .I would like to take this opportunity to thank them so much”

“On Tuesday 16 December I had cause to go to A&E at the QMC. I fell down the stairs at home and cracked my head open on a tiled floor in thr hallway. We arrived at 11am and on arrival the reception staff were so professional and friendly. I then was accessed by a lovely lady called Kate. So kind and attentive. I then met the most wonderful person I have ever met in my life KAREN. she checked me over and calmed me down so kind loving and genuine. She has worked for the trust for 46 years and is so professional. Committed and a beautiful big hearted lady. She attended to me right through the day until we left A&E 9 hours later. I had to have a CT scan and the young gentleman who attended to me was so caring. The consultant that checked over the scan was such a wonderful man and was concerned because they found a bruise on my brain so recommended that a nuro”

“I was amazed! Couldn't believe this was an NHS outbuilding. Went here for leg surgical procedure. First impressions, whilst limited parking there was a good drop off/ pickup area. On entry greeted by pleasant receptionist and patient waiting area with comfy seats and sift carols coming from a Christmas scene layout. Wasn't kept long before being escorted into a changing area with explanation of events before going into another patient area. Again not long before being escorted into the theatre area where the procedure was explained with ample opportunity for questions. Afterwards I went into a post procedure area for recovery, refreshment and dressing. At all times I was made at ease, treated like a guest. Every single staff I came into contact with was pleasant and wanted to help. The place was spotless, yes clinical, but warming and inviting to put the patients at ease. Can't speak to highly of the surgical day care centre. WELL DONE ALL CONCERNED. You are invaluable to our well-being!”
