Took effort to check other parts on the way to the damaged area and changed a few parts that were looking problematic. Also contacted warranty on my behalf just incase they might cover anything. Clearly showed pictures he has taken of the affected area and the damage prior to repairs. Was a first-time visit here, he did explain he is very busy but was happy for me to leave the car at their garage to have a look at in the next few days which I was happy to do as well. Some people complain of "customer service" but the matter of fact is he is just straight forward which is fine with me. Explained the process and gave a callback once diagnosed. Gave an approximate quote and some time to think it over if needed. Did again explain its a big job and will take a some time before repair is began due to being busy with current work, which again I was okay with. At the end of the repair he explained what was done and what may need doing etc. Overall, a professional garage, no problems. Some comments here that mention customer service should be taken with a pinch of salt. I had no problems even when I called multiple times between the diangosis and repair to enquire about some info.”
