The quay’s Incredibly helpful staff rang me back to offer me an emergency appointment having had a cancellation. Ryan the dentist and team were warm, welcoming and looked after me really well. Treatment was quick and effective. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

Parking at £1.50 an hour is very reasonable, considering there is no entry fee to the estate apart from for entry to the formal gardens unlike National Trust, English Heritage etc properties nationwide. The estate was looking beautiful and drinks in the White Hart pub are reasonable too for the setting. Staff I came across were friendly and welcoming and I look forward to returning.”

No longer a patient with Budshead but will always recommend them to those within the catchment area.”

“Honestly, I don’t understand how this school hasn’t got a 5 star rating! The experience I had, myself, at another school, bullying, etc.. I didn’t want my child to experience the same, so searched high and low for schools that are good with children with Autism (I, myself am Autistic too, so I understand my child well - he’s the carbon copy of me!). I found SDCC online and called them. They didn’t have any placed unfortunately, but I was determined to get my child into the school and with the councils help, I did! I do not regret it one bit! In primary school, my child had very little friends and a huge amount of bullies. It would never get sorted. My child kept getting overlooked, the complaints kept getting overlooked. It was awful.. in this school, now, he made 8 friends in his first two days there! He was super happy to go to school every day and still is! Every issue we’ve had, has been resolved very quickly, every question we’ve had, has been answered very quickly. Honestly, I don’t see a single fault with the school at all! My child did get bullied, by one other child in the school, BUT, the school resolved it straight away! I’m just super overwhelmed and happy! My son doesn’t have to suffer what I suffered in JKCC. I’m honestly so so happy! 40+ FREE clubs too! Including an LGBTQIA+ Club! Absolutely amazing! The staff, the teachers, the SEN folk, everyone has been super helpful, super supportive and super lovely!”

“If it wasn’t for one particular store colleague named Nicky, my review would have been 1 star. I’d like to provide feedback about one of your Derriford hospital, Plymouth staff named Nicky. She went above and beyond for me today and I’m so very grateful. I’m not sure if you’re aware how chaotic it is in that particular pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get my daughters melatonin for some time and due to the waits there this is my 3rd attempt and she’s now ran out. First try the wait was over an hour and my parking had ran out and I had to leave. 2nd try I waited about 45 minutes to be told they don’t have it but it’ll definitely be in the following day. Today I waited another considerable amount of time to be told they still don’t have it! I explained the situation to Nicky, despite being rushed off her feet she not only listened but she came up with a solution. She called the CDC Dr herself and asked him for an alternative pill form and got the prescription to me today, this saved me so much hassle, parking money, time and stress. Even watching her whilst I was waiting I cannot sing her praises enough. She was training staff on the job and making sure data in the form of people’s prescriptions were kept secure. She really deserves so much praise for the incredible job she’s doing in such a stressful environment.”

I have had the same doctors for almost 20 years and I have to say I have never experienced any problems - the staff are efficient and friendly and the doctors always take tome to listen and call back promptly if they need to. Yes econsult can be annoying as it’s a different way of seeing your doctor to how we used to, but once you have got your head around how all the new systems work it works really well. Ive always been really happy with this surgery and hear some horror stories about other surgeries so I thought I’d take the time to write a good review :)”
