They took about 1 hour (without us first making an appointment) to sketch out our design, offer advice, and to calculate materials so we used the smallest numbers of sleepers/posts without waste. Most impressive was that after spending all that time there was no ‘hard sell’, and we placed the order the next day. Delivery was excellent too, on the day we requested the driver called in advance to let us know his ETA, and he was very helpful (and friendly) and stacked everything where we wanted. All in all a fantastic company to deal with and we’ll only ever use them now for anything landscape related.”

Had a cowboy plumber who ordered the wrong radiators and disappeared and was stuck with 3 incorrect radiators. He helped in getting these returned with ease and was sympathetic to my situation.
