“Always have our things never have to worry.”
“My new tool chest with tools came today, over the moon with it, speedy delivery and not damaged. Good quality and will be recommending to friends and family.”
“This is by far my go to tooling/materials store. Forget Screwfix!!! I have been working on house projects for years. Living close to this store has been a godsend. The team here are fantastic;always willing to help and are on the ball. One that stands out is a guy called Dan. He consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. His positive attitude and willingness to help you goes hell of a long way. He knows what you need and where to find it. Other stores could learn from his great work ethic. Overall, well done to the whole team. This is a great place to shop, always open when I need it, always holds the parts I need and a great price. Awesome staff. Well maintained store. What more could you want!!!”
“Wickes in Winnersh has to the best building supplies shop in Berkshire. Helpful staff and consistent availability of supplies. It is hard to understand this when Wickes Bracknell is one of the worst and a complete shambles.”
“Great customer service by the two mature ladies who work I. customer service. They helped me to find three tins of paints I wanted. They really made me happy. Thank you! Shame about the tall fella who works in the paint section. He was the least bothered about my enquiry and made me feel a right idiot by telling me the paint I wanted didn’t exist. Nevertheless, there are some good people out there.”
“I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.”
“A massive Alladins cave of building materials and accessories. I found a wide selection of small sampler pots of paint, although conversely, they all appeared to be an arrow spectrum of the same soft brown shades. Having worked in the manufacturing side of building materials, I always like to look at the range of goods on offer.”
