The staff are all very smiley and friendly and make you feel as if they have plenty of time to assist you with any questions or queries that I had. The staff are clearly very well trained on all the jewellery within the shop. Chloe served me and she knew everything about all the different type of stones and then made sure I got the correct measurements based off what I had told her.
