“Going to Stageability (Mad 4 Musicals, Mortimer) is genuinely the highlight of my daughter’s week. We started because we wanted to boost her self-esteem and channel her love of performing - and we are so glad we did! It has been so gratifying to watch her confidence grow. Having this safe space where she can be herself is incredibly valuable to us all. Kerry and Samantha are so supportive and nurturing, and really encourage the children to believe in themselves. These values have created a very positive environment which has benefitted my daughter so much. The shows are great too and it’s a real treat for our family to watch all the children shine at the end of each term! We highly recommend!”
“I cannot say enough positive things about Stagecoach Fleet especially the Principle Danica!!! She is an incredible teacher that creates a perfect balance between learning and fun, making it an incredibly enriching experience for young minds. She is a true role model with incredible dedication. All the teachers are unique and talented and they create a supportive environment where every child feels valued and empowered. I’m the world dominated by screens and gadgets, this class provides refreshing and essential outlet for creativity and personal growth. I highly recommend it to any parent looking to nurture their child’s confidence, creativity and social skills. Both my son and daughter have been attending the class for over 8 years now and they love every minute of it! They would always chose stagecoach over gaming…. Yes, I know - it’s hard to believe it but it’s true :)”
“It’s not often that you can genuinely say that an experience was life changing. But The Actor Rebellion beginners courses , Actor Accelerator programme and master classes have done that in spades. Through beautifully crafted lessons and workshops taught by Luke Marquez, with industry insights from Hannah Marquez , I developed the skills and confidence to put myself out there. I took my first class in November 2023 and I am now an Equity member , have a Spotlight profile, an agent and a great amount of experience in TV and film. This is all down to The Actor Rebellion . They know when to support, when to take you out of your comfort zone and when to let you fly . If you have ever had even an inkling or wondered what it might be like to act- just do it. I promise you won’t regret it. I have met the most wonderful people, been supported in the wonderful safe space that Luke and Hannah have created , had great fun and fulfilled a dream . If I can do it at 60, then anyone can.”
“A great dance school with lots of styles to choose from. The teachers have a brilliant attention to detail in their teaching, are kind and nurturing. My daughter loves attending.”
“Production of Sam Shepherd play True West well acted staged and directed. Small theatre added to the atmosphere of menace.”
“Fantastic show and welcoming we all enjoyed it Thankyou so much for the invitation”
“I saw "The Sound of Simon" - the Simon & Garfunkel tribute band on 16th June. A brilliant show made perfect by the venue - great theatre in a beautiful setting and free parking!”
“The road next to srudio is very good route for walking, jogging, cycling. Peaceful”
“Great to be back working on the film's”
“Excellent jazz music performances here. Highly recommended”
“Disability Access Post: Its a bit complicated. There is disabled parking around the area but no free spaces easily found and drop off is tricky as well. However they have a disabled platform at the back - its best to phone to book. If you can transfer then any aisle seat is ok although the slope is a bit vicious. The lift is usher operated - so ask for the Accessibility Usher when you arrive and they will sort you out. This is something I have never seen before - they have a list of everyone's location and needs. You can take bottles and glasses to your seat which is a glamorous touch and they will bring your interval drinks to you (you can pre-book online). The access card scheme gives not only a complementary companion tickets but also reduced ticket price as well - what a treat !”
“Went to watch Panto. It was a lovely clean venue, friendly staff. Snacks a bit pricey. Overall a good experience.”
“I saw lost in music at the swan theatre last night and I was entertained from start to finish ,it was a absolutely fabulous show .all the artists were excellent and had great ranges of voices and had great movement .the atmosphere was electric and I heard the reaction from slot of people there were overwhelmed. The lead singer I think her name was Kiara was very good and had a great voice like many of the cast members I will go and see the show again without a shadow of a doubt”
“I regularly take my daughter here because it is such a lovely experiance. We travel here for movies even though there are 2 cinemas in our town. Plenty of parking, all seats are recliners and there are no bad angles.”
“My daughter and I love coming here as its good value and has a great choice of films . Staff are very helpful and there is a great choice of cinemas snacks available , these could be a little cheaper however we don't mind buying them as the film tickets are good value.”
“Absolutely amazing! My kids absolutely love it! Staff are all lovely and welcoming my kids are shy and don’t really like people (autistic and ADHD) and they have become completely different people since joining they have become so confident and absolutely love going thank you to all staff for their work and support with my children! ❤️”
“Very comfy reclining and spacious seats. Great location right next to Festival Place which has lots of great restaurants and places for snacks. I like that they include closed caption showings of the movies too.”
“Really great little venue for a fantastic, intimate performance of Avenue q. Staging and interaction was great. Performances were on point and extremely funny.”
“Had a wonderful meal here with a friend last week. The Didcot branch has recently shut so we headed here instead. We had a midweek lunchtime booking, the staff were very friendly and quick, the food was delicious and I would love to come back in the future.”
“Most impressed by the grounds, such variety. More seats round the lake and on the ground walks, please. Not been to the opera but the setting looks great.”
“LEGOLAND Windsor's 4D cinema. Showcasing a range of different themed 15 minute films. Sit in the middle section for the full effect of the water, wind and fire effects. Whilst the outer seats will save you from getting wet.”
“The staff guiding and dispensing the covid--19 vaccines are efficient, courteous and kind. They are doing an excellent job.”
“I visited here with a friend (who has moderate learning difficulties), I was apprehensive at first due to having a visual impairment myself, but it was a fantastic experience. The cinema is easily found, the food & drinks counters were clearly displayed & it was very simple to use a digital ticket to enter. The sound wasn't excessively loud, the seats were comfortable & the floors were clean. I found the screen fairly easy to see. The only minor complaint is the amount of adverts before the film begins, but this is to be expected at all cinemas! Very enjoyable experience, excellent.”
“We do not attend the cinema very often, but when we do the members of staff at Cineworld are friendly. The "Pick N Mix" is pricey, but that is what I would expect and the fudge is really nice. They sell nachos, but I do not like to consume foods which make loud crunching sounds when people are watching a film. They also sell hot dogs. The movie theatre is very clean and there was a lack of sticky residue where other people have left their drinks, which shows that the members of staff who engage in cleaning duties are paying attention to detail. We recently attended to see "Forrest Gump." It is obviously an older movie that we have watched numerous times and it was lovely to see it on the bigger screen. The movie attracted a decent crowd. It would be brilliant if they were also able to show "Shawshank Redemption" again at this theatre.”
“Good cinema! Alot of choice in terms of films, screens and food. Nice seating. Seats have good space and its always nice for the upgrades which is your choice. Pricing is a bit high. Hopefully when they re open and restructure they will be slightly reduced but you can only hope. All in all a good cinema and in a great location”
“Went to see ‘A Quiet Place: Day 1’ which is the prequel to the subsequent ‘A Quiet Place’ movies. It was a perfectly watchable movie. Vue Cinema Newbury historically seems to get mixed reviews in terms of customer service. Attitude and training comes from the top so the buck stops with the local supervisor. My experience today was great!”
“£20 for two for a movie late on a Saturday was a good price. Only 6 people at the screening. The movie (28 Years Later) was entertaining. Indoor car park a stone’s throw away. Would come again.”
“Really lovely and clean cinema. Tickets and the different available seating (including sofas and deluxe seating with footrests and saver seats) are a reasonable price. The cinema is always really clean and well looked after - including the toilets and the cinema rooms themselves. Whilst the food can be on the pricey side (as it is with cinemas in general), it's all very good. I'd recommend bringing your own cold snacks and drinks in if you are hoping to save some pounds. That being said, the XL popcorn for £7.50 is hefty and would be enough for two, probably three or four. Good range and availability of films and viewing times. There's something for anyone on at all times.”
“A clean, tidy, professionally run cinema. The seating has loads of leg room. Climate controlled so very comfortable.”
“This is always great place to stop over with a free car park. And the huge perk is the cinema which is there. This Costa is great with so many options available, vegan milk . . Coconut, soya, almond . . Gingerbread nut cracker hot chocolate with vegan cream was simply delicious.”
