“Always nice to pop in the Tesco for breakfast, used to go to Sainsbury's but they have closed. The restaurant has recently been refitted and looks nice and airy, with plenty of seating and free WiFi. I usually stop in the restaurant while my other half does the shopping and we meet at the till.”

“I booked the alpaca trekking for my mums birthday. We had lots of fun. It was well organised and our guide knew everything there was to know about alpacas. We stayed to have a look around the rest of the farm after. I definitely recommend as a family day out - whether it's just for a look around, or if you're booking one of the experience packs. There's play areas for the kids, plus a really cool bouncy castle/trampoline kind of area (if only I was still a child!), and a cafe to grab a drink/bite to eat. As others have pointed out, the car park could be better signed. Just to make it more obvious that the car park is specifically for willow tree farm, and not the seemingly abandoned school. Once parked, we didn't have any issues finding where to go. I would definitely go again!”

The curries we had were so tasty and the chicken was perfect. We also had chips, rice and naans and they were great too. “The Rufford is a fantastic pub with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is top-notch – generous portions, well-cooked, and packed with flavour, with a great mix of pub classics and seasonal specials. The Sunday roasts are especially worth mentioning, with perfectly cooked meats and crispy roast potatoes. Drinks are well kept, with a good choice of beers, wines, and spirits at fair prices. The pub itself is cosy and inviting, with a lovely outdoor area for warmer days. A great spot for families, friends, or a casual pint – highly recommended!”

Quick service and their shop is sparkly clean on the inside! I have been to nearly all takeaways in Mansfield and been disappointed, I now won't go to any other place, these guys really are 1st Class!!”

“I've got food from here several times-always tasty,well cooked, fresh, hot and good portions. Also quick delivery although I only live 5 minutes away. However, my last order didn't cut it. I called and the chef was really nice, no quibbles etc which always goes a long way. I've ordered again today and all came with the top quality that I have come to expect from the restaurant.”

“Always used pizza hood for pizzas etc, typical takeaway fast food but it always arrives hot, within 30 mins and tastes as nice as food can be for a takeaway. Reasonably priced too and the delivery drivers are nice. Can't fault it one bit and been using for 5+ years now.”
