“Absolutely fantastic spot to have some brunch in Buxton, right on the high street. The food was outstanding and served quickly. I had a vegan samosa chaat which was delicious and they had a range of vegan/ gluten free foods. All very affordable with a decent portion size. Beautiful Indian street food done well. It was also busy, on a Monday, which tells me it’s a popular local spot. Tables were full and reserved. I’d highly recommend this if you’re visiting Buxton.”
“Give this place a try if you're passing. Super tasting food and drinks at a really reasonable price. Staff are down to earth and friendly too. Give it a whirl you won't be disappointed. *** Bacon sandwich and any hot drink is £3.50 before 10 30am WOW!! ***”
“Been wanting to come in for a while. Wasn’t disappointed, lovely little micro pub. Well worth a visit.”
“Amazing little cafe! The staff is super friendly, the place has a cozy and unique vibe. Most importantly, the coffee is so good! I would recommend their fudge to go with the coffee too, cappuccino fudge was delicious!”
“Lovely spot for a nice drink on a long walk.”
“Food was lovely and freshly made. Very accommodating for us with a dog and a baby.”
“My train was delayed for an hour yesterday! I'd heard about the pub from a friend but not been in, so thoight id give it a go not expecting much. I loved the amazing selection of non alcoholic beers. I had a delicious lager. The decor is fab, classic pub vibes and the fact you're literally on the platform means when your train finally does arrive you're very unlikely to miss it. I only had a drink so cannot vouch for food.”
“The coolest coffee van around, really friendly staff and delicious drinks and cakes!”
“An amazing place. The customers were all very friendly and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The coffee is first rate, my toasted tea cake was excellent and they had some lovely gluten free fruit loaf. The decor alone is worth a visit and the prices are cheap compared to the well know chain coffee shops.”
“We contacted Clare at Cafe77 to enquire availability for our event taking place at The Postmill, South Normanton on a Sunday, even though they are usually closed they kindly offered to open and deliver our buffet to us, the buffet was fab! Everybody enjoyed it! Clare was able to cater for 3 x vegetarians and 2 x vegans on separate platters which worked well, thank you again Clare!”
“Our 2nd time of staying at Townhead Farmhouse. Very pleased with the service of this family run business. They are very accommodating and couldn't really ask for any more. Rooms are decent and fit for purpose. Very welcoming of four legged guests too.”
“Absolutely fantastic little cafe. Food is all fresh and at cracking prices the portions are spot on. Beautiful Sunday dinners with a choice of different meats and they deliver. Best home made cheesecakes around. The staff are friendly and polite with fantastic banter. I’ll be going nowhere else”
“Busy and delicious local cafe with scrummy bakes filling the window and always delicious brunch dishes on the chalkboard menus. Only let down is that the best sounding dishes sometimes run out before you get to try them! Great coffee, super friendly service. Be prepared for a wait for a table at lunchtime, especially on the weekend, but definitely worth it! Been here a few times now and it's consistently good!”
“Had some great lunches and beverages at Tigs. Always excited to see what specials are available and have never been disappointed.”
“The sandwich was fantastic. It was an Eggy sandwich topped with avocado and delicious sauces. Definitely my favourite sandwich in Sheffield. The cafe is really cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. Give it a try if you want to treat yourself at a reasonable price.”

“I live about a mile from Roots, and drive and walk by regularly. But I never noticed it. Now, I call in quite regular for a cappuccino which is to die for. It is so creamy and tasty. It beats C@%&A and the like any day. I have never tried the food, but what I have seen looks very tasty. The staff are very polite and friendly. The premises is quite large, and there is a decent size room for private functions. The single use toilet is always very clean. There is parking to the front. All in all a great place for a meet up with friends for a catch up and a coffee and a snack. Opening times. Sunday closed. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturday 9am to 2pm Closed Bank Holidays. Except school holidays. 9am to 2pm.”

“Wonderful cafe next to the park in Matlock. Very friendly service from the hard working staff. The food was excellent with good portions and very reasonable prices. The homity pie was tasty. The coffee and cakes were delicious. I would highly recommend supporting these hard working people. The gift shop is great as well with some great greetings cards.”
“Amazing coffee, perfect place to stop before a long walk. They even filled up my flask for the rest of the journey.”
“Delicious food, wonderful staff, great little find in Lincoln. We were lucky to get a table as this place is only small. I'd advise booking! Preferred payment is cash, though we weren't aware and paid with a card which was fine. Will definitely go again.”
