βProfessional and polite, I felt at ease and thoroughly enjoyed my massage.β
βSells beautiful ball gown prom/wedding dresses this is my most favourite charity shopβ
βThankyou so much to all the doctors and volunteers at Rutland house for being caring and efficient in the execution of their duties during this extremely difficult times no amount of praise is enough for the people involved THANKYOUβ
βAt both surgeries I feel I am being taken seriously with my problems and finally doing something about it. I have moved now and wish to stay with practice as I feel confident with the doctors and even the nursesβ
βGreat stuff. The midwife Stef is a lovely person. Always clean.β
βSaw a nurse called βJudy or Judithβ (absolutely no offence meant) and what a knowledgable, kind, thorough, understanding and empowering woman she isβ¦ she reassured me, answered all my questions in detail and made me feel listened to..I had no idea what to expect on my visit but she made me feel so cared for I wanted to say a huge thank you. The building itself was light, bright, clean and modernβ¦ nice waiting area and friendly staff, they have their own carpark which was full (although not sure where all the people were!?!?) parking was available in the street so no problem.. The whole experience from referral to being seen was seemless. Thanks guys!β

βDr Maciej Danilewicz has been a great help to me, when I first saw him I was in need of help which he done this in a professional manner. Very welcoming, kind and listens when I needed it. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Dr and Maggie both work well together, providing a great service. One year down the line and feel much better thanks to them. Would highly recommend. Follow up appointments and calls are always available, Dr rings to check how you are getting on after 3/4 weeks after appointments which make you feel like you are getting well looked after! Thanks again for your help and great service.β
βHelen she is a really kind reliable and enthusiastic lady.β
βLooking at previous reviews I feel I need to write a review to try and balance things up. I have had to visit the surgery a few times over the past couple of years and I honestly can't fault the service I've received. Yes, it's difficult to get an appointment but talking to friends and relatives this seems to be a common theme throughout GP surgeries and not just this one. I fear this is just a reflection on the NHS as a whole and not the individual surgeries. Every doctor I've seen has been patient, understanding and helpful and I've come away reassured that everything that could be done has been done. Obviously other people out there may have had bad experiences but I can honestly say that all my visits have been extremely positive.β
βSo pleased we changed to this practiceβ
βNo waiting, just straight in. Staff is very friendly.β
βDr George Okotete is fantastic. I always feel listened too. Receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.β
βK Coning, My experience at Parkhill was second to none. My surgeon Mr Ahmed was wonderful, kind,Caring, Reassuring, and gentle. He answered all my questions in a way that I totally understood. I cannot praise him enough. Every one at Parkhill was wonderful, from reception to nurse's, and the chef cooked a delicious cottage pie. I was treated like royalty nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone especially Mr Ahmed.β
βMy docs surgery is useless for booking appointments within two weeks. To the point where I recieved my pills late on multiple occasions. The doctors I saw never listened to my complaints about the pills I was on brushing them off as normal side effects. I recalled using this clinic once in my past for an emergency pill and I decided to try going here instead. The staff are lovely and actually helped me find the right pills for me. I now have no side effects and know I can walk in and get my next set when I am ready. I always point my friends this direction for any sexual health needs because I know they'll retrieve the care and advice they needβ
βI used this service about 2 years ago. They were very helpful then, but they were still learning. I was recently rerefered and the first appointment was a great help.β
βI'm quite happy with the Surgery and staff they are very helpful I always sorted out my stuff with them and staff is very positive and cheerful thank you to all staff xxxβ
βThis surgery and bessacarr are brilliant, all the admin staff, nurses & doctors are brilliant. In the 3 years I've lived in Doncaster they've always been helpful. Yes there are long waits sometimes to get through, but that's the way the world is now. I've recently had surgery and the nurses who've looked after me having been amazing, very reassuring & kind. Keep up the great work :-)β
βexcellent customer service and kind tenderhearted compassionate people that are very concerned about everyone that come through their doorsβ
βProblem with generic Finasteride, spoke with pharmacist who contacted my chemist, all sorted no problems. Thanks to receptionist who arrange call back, when booking appointments could we not be notified by text and also Patient Access. This service will be acceptable instead of waiting for a Drs medication review.β
βAlways brilliant and I believe they try their hardest in the current climate. Thank you for your continued support.β
βI have been with Clifton surgery for years and have never had any problems at all . The reception staff are lovely ,the GP,s and nurses great . I work at a different surgery in Rotherham not connected to Clifton and totally understand some of the frustration and anger the patients encounter , the waiting times for calls, the lack of appointments to offer and having to use the online services. Unfortunately this is the NHS. and surgeries have little choice when things change. We can't go back to the old ways queuing up in the morning , demanding an appointment with a particular gp.for a sniffle. It upsets alot of patients but im sure Clifton surgery is doing its best to help everyone at a difficult time. It is not the receptionists fault if there are no appointments left or they ask you what the appointment is for, it is to make sure you see the right clinician. Due to some people wanting an appointment a minor cough, cold, sore throat that they only had a couple of days, or hay fever or back pain that a pharmacist or physio can deal with is one of the reasons there are no appointments left for you or your family the genuine unwell patient. In addition to this the people who book appointments and do not attend anyway! again they are wasting an appointment that could be yours. This is across the whole of the Nhs GPS and hospitals . Clifton medial centre are trying their best to help everyone.please have a little more understanding, they are doing the best to help you ! Keep up the good work Clifton .β
βStaff here have always gone above & beyond. Never had a problem. Receptionists are always helpful. Don't know why people leave negative reviews. We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.β
βStaff are very friendly, I recently saw Shelley who was very efficient and put me at ease straight away as she always does when Iβve seen her previously. Thank you!β
