“Went for some lunch on Sunday and the waiter explained there would be a wait due to staffing and how busy they were. They were super busy but the staff were still all great, everyone was so friendly. The service was actually still quick and the food came and was super delicious!”

“I've eaten here a couple of times and both have been excellent. Definitely a modern aesthetic and a welcome break from trad Italian restaurants. The sharing platters are excellent and some of the best calamari I've ever had! Cracking pizzas and pasta too, which on Sundays are 50% off making it remarkable value. Nice bar upstairs if you want to extend your evening. Parking is on the street and can be tricky sometimes, but other neighbouring streets offer good alternative parking places. Highly recommended.”

“Whilst this might not be popular with the young generation it’s a great pub with a good atmosphere. Worth booking a table on a weekend if you’re meeting friends as it can get really busy especially around the Christmas holiday period. Good range of drinks at reasonable prices for Wickersley. There’s a good sized beer garden with plenty of tables. There’s are some parking spaces at the side of the pub and the surrounding roads but it’s always very busy at the weekend.”

For tasty delicious pizza that is ready in no time use Sissi pizza. The owner is a sound guy too. Sissi is the best. Support local people! Don't judge based on previous reviews. Use them for yourself and you won't be disappointed! I've been using this place for over 25 years and many owners have come and gone in that time. This has to ge the best owner and food in that time. “Having not been in for a long time my children went today and ordered 2 chicken burgers and they liked them so much they have told me I have to only get them from here now. So later in the evening my wife wanted a chicken burger so I went and got one she said it is very nice and the chicken burgers are a good size and very tasty. And in relation to the shop it is looking a lot nicer now the overhead menu is gone and the owner is very friendly even the delivery driver is polite and always asks how you are. Also when I was in there tonight there was a pizza that had just been cooked and it looked very nice.”

“This place is a hidden gem that no one seems to know about so I'm sharing this secret with you all as I was so impressed with the food and service. I been here with my partner for a meal over Easter. it was lovley Two for a Tenner u can't go wrong here! You might think because of the cheap price tag you may get poor quality food however this is not the case here! The food is top quality at a very good price! We had hunters chicken and pie of the day (steak and mushroom.) The pie was packed with meat and flavour the chips were lovley it all came out very quickly and was hot and tasted great my partner loved the hunters chicken too. The drink selection was reasonable but its the food I will be coming back for. Overall a great visit that I will be repeating sometime soon.”

“Been on the hunt for a nice pizza place for a while now, called to confirm they could do half & half with different bases and received a friendly service. Super fast delivery and by far the best pizzas round here, definitely sticking here now. The delivery driver was so nice too even closed the door for me so I didn’t struggle with the boxes! 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“Not sure what the poor reviews are on here. Royal Pizza is legendary. Pizzas always good, excellent value and a wide variety of options. It is very clean here too- not sure of their rating, but their food hygiene appears top notch. Great bunch of lads as well”
