“I started getting Sunday dinners every so often during lockdown when we couldn't eat out. It was so nice to have a delicious home made Sunday dinner delivered. There was always a choice of meats and puddings at very reasonable prices and it was such a treat. Working from home and achieving this service for the local community should be commended. There is now still a high demand for dinners and we must appreciate that unlike bigger businesses she cannot serve all of us dinners in 20 locations bang on 12 noon so some flexibility is needed but the dinners are well worth it! Looking forward to the new shop opening in Old Whittington and trying some of her pies and cakes. The lemon cheese cake I ordered as a raffle prize last year was amazing.”

“My order was messed around but the customer service from the staff there was amazing and they did manage to sort my delivery out and tried their hardest, best customer service I’ve ever received from Uber eats orders, usually if it’s late, then it’s late, no extra stuff for the inconvenience it’s caused you. But with this burgerland, the staff speak to you as a person and always put you first as a customer. Ordered at 12:55PM, 01/11/2023”

“Called in yesterday on the spur of the moment and so pleased we did. Staff were helpful and friendly, selection of cakes and pastries was excellent, coffee hot and better than most of the well known coffee chains and when the food came it was piping hot and of good quality. The prices are not cheap but very reasonable for the quality of the menu items. I've not been in this cafe for many years but will definitely be back very soon.”

“I took my 3 grandkids to Shepherds Place Farm today and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They have a play area in the cafe suitable for all ages, animal feeding and holding. Staff are lovely and friendly. Very reasonably priced. Very clean and animals well looked after. Definitely recommend a visit if you have young children. Thank you for a lovely day out.”
