“I use this Starbucks when Im going to watch a film, lovely staff service is generally good, be prepared to wait if there's a good film on at peak times because there will be a queue. The place is always clean I've never seen cups,plates left on tables.”

Well what's wrong with drinks half the price of many local bars & restaurants - not to mention their good hearty, great value food? The bar staff are brilliant: very friendly and almost 100% warm and welcoming. The pub has great character and is a typical well executed Spoons bank conversion. Fascinating historic photos of the area are displayed and the pub boasts three toilets including a downstairs disabled. There's also an outside patio drinking/smoking area which is great in the summer. For a city centre pub it is surprising there are so many regulars who come from miles around - so the "Bankers" must be doing something right! There's lots of banter filling the downstairs bar. I accept that downstairs can be quite boisterous at times (what do you expect in a cosmopolitan city centre pub!) but the upstairs mezzanine bar is much quieter with books, a fire and a view!”

“Visited the drawbridge tonight for the first time in a few years, We were able to bring the dog too. Where do I start? The welcome was lovely like we are regulars. The food was great, we had a mixture of fish & chips, Tikka curry & salt & chilli dirty fries all cooked perfectly. Would highly recommended and will be coming back. Thank you Brad & Paul, just taken over in last couple of days (couldn’t add photos all the food was gone)”

“Nice quiet wee motorway stop off, when we were there it was quiet, but still well staffed. Coffee was surprisingly Starbucks and the tea was good too and there is a pretty standard range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. Toilets are fresh, well maintained and clean, there is a small but functional carpark and a drive through window.”

Despite the initial confusion the staff were amazing and did everything possible to make us comfortable while our food was prepared. Tammy under very busy circumstances was amazing and an absolute credit to your establishment. Our afternoon tea was second to none. We will definitely be returning. Thank you”

“Booked table as there were 6 of us. Staff most accommodating. We needed children's and gluten free meals. Children's were brought quickly and very good sized portions. Gluten free fish and chips were lovely. I'd go again”

“Honestly, I really rate this place. Granted I stick to what I know, pizzas and donner wraps but they're always really good. Donner wrap was so full tonight it was practically a giant taco as it couldn't be wrapped. The garlic bread and tomato is next level. Highly recommend their homemade chilli sauce. Always fast delivery for me. Love the place.”

“Renoir's staff are brilliant, I had a "night" last night and asked for an alternative route to leave the building, there was zero hesitation and no fuss at all, staff escorted myself, my partner and our friend through the side door AWAY from the main entrance and were quick to make sure we were all okay so, shout out to the amazing staff for keeping your customers safe with a fast response and the ability to make us feel at ease!”
