“I used a pharmacy close by for years but started getting fed up with them saying the hadn't got my prescription, it was sent down from my doctors surgery.So often I had to go back to the doctor and had to have it re issued. More often than not the prescription had been sent. I just found their general attitude not good and the waiting time ridiculous 25 minutes once.Now collect my items from Wells- friendly and the waiting time is about what you would expect but usually it's ready and waiting for me.Well done Wells.”
