“I can honestly say that I received an exemplary service from the Vision Express team in Longton. The optician I saw was very good and put me at my ease. I hadn’t been for any form of eye test for 20 years so I was quite anxious but I had absolutely no need to be! Staff were also extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. “I'd decided to enroll on the Ear Microsuction Course for wax removal, and I'm so pleased that I did! Mr Davies and his team made me feel really welcome and at ease. The course was interesting, informative and I especially enjoyed the chance to have a hands-on practical day with real patients. I found the practical aspect invaluble because I experienced different patients who presented with different ear problems, whilst having the safety of my tutor next to me. A booklet is provided with the written theory for good bedtime reading too! I'm not a naturally confident person, yet I can absolutely say that when I'd completed the course that I was excited and champing at the bit to get started with my business venture! Mr. Davies advised me on all of the equipment needed to set up my clinic. Plus...the course came with a certificate and CPD points. Excellent!! Thank you S.P Care Clinic. My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and he was so calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone — exactly what I needed in that moment. “My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team. “I went to Sandra back in 2021 as I was due to have lip filler again. I chose Sandra for a few reasons. Firstly Bella Aesthetics is in a much easier location for me, being in the city centre of Stoke on Trent. Secondly my previous aesthetician had recently moved away from the area, and thirdly, Sandra’s transparency over social media with regards to her depth of knowledge and training really impressed me and made me feel I would be in safe hands. From the moment I messaged Sandra I felt reassured that she would help me decide which filler and technique would be best for me. My first experience having my lips filled left me feeling very apprehensive as it quite was painful so Sandra spent lots of time talking me through how she would manage my pain beforehand. On arrival at my appointment Sandra spent some time chatting to me about why I wanted the procedure, what results I hoped to achieve, what to expect in terms of recovery, pain and longevity as well as the minimal risks of side effects. Again I felt reassured I was in good hands as Sandra talked me through everything and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into going ahead. Sandra then applied lots of anaesthetic cream to my lips, then reapplied multiple times to ensure my comfort throughout. She was constantly checking that I was feeling okay and gave plenty of time for the anaesthetic to take full effect. I was then asked to lie on the bed and Sandra got to work! I cannot stress enough how professional and methodical Sandra is. With each injection she would step back and check how it looked as well as checking my comfort levels and giving me a cool pack to apply between injections. I was quite nervous that it would hurt but due to all the time spent beforehand I barely felt a thing! After Sandra had finished she gave me some instructions on how to take care of my lips for the next few days and said to contact her should I have any concerns. Admittedly I did get home and wonder what I’d done to myself as my lips looked enormous! I knew from my previous experience that the swelling would subside though. I did have to return to Sandra a few days later so she could massage the lumps out where the fuller had settled as I didn’t feel confident enough to do it myself, which she did wonderfully. Of course, my lips settled after a week or so and I longer feared for my face! They looked wonderful and I look forward to having them filled again soon. If you are considering any of the treatments Sandra has to offer, don’t hesitate to get in touch with her as she has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is constantly training and updating her services and she will not perform any procedure she doesn’t feel is 100% right for you.”

Once staff have verified the students assessment, or helped them consider other possibilities, treatment plans are devised. Excellent experience all round. Staff are professionals as will the students they help prepare. I'm an active kayaker of a certain age. It's hard to believe I'm the same age as old people.”

“Extremely helpful and definitely worth the money, if you are able to pay the relatively small fee and travel there it is unreal. The difference in care you get in comparison to the NHS appointed charities that I have experience with, such as CGL (Change Grow Live), shows how bad the 'free route' (non-private) is, in some areas, if not everywhere, at effectively helping addicts. The NHS was detrimental to how I viewed myself, I recommend skipping the nonsense from the NHS if you're able. I would without question recommend Dr Arun's services to anyone in need addiction treatment.”
