“The staff at Kids Planet Apley are not only incredible kind and welcoming. They strive for our children's greatness and learning. My son has come out of his shell an immense amount since being apart of Kids Planet Apley. I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else. The manager is incredible with a great amount of patience and decorum.”
“This pharmacy is the best in Northwich, friendly staff, always helpful, know your name, always polite and professional never miserable or rude, full of smiles and treat you with respect as a unique individual, sometimes your not feeling 100% but they always make you feel better. Well done everyone who works there.”
“I’ve been in the shop many times and have found many lovely items, the staff are all lovely and chatty and always take the time to talk to people in the shop.”
“As a new patient I was impressed how quickly I was able to get a face to face GP appointment. Grosvenor having 2 surgeries and flexible times meant more options for appointments. The consultation was not rushed, I had immediate confidence in the GP I met.”
“I both lived for two years and worked for one year at Q studios during my time as a student. My accommodation was one of the standard rooms on the fourth floor and I loved it. Having lived at Clarice Cliff Court prior (before the recent renovations) it was nice to have my own new kitchen space and internal facilities such as the wash room, gym and skips. No more walking out in the rain to take out the rubbish or do laundry! The common room was a fun feature that I enjoyed regularly booking to host friends before nights out or to celebrate birthdays. Both student ambassador and management staff were always helpful, attentive and patient and I remember both my time working and living there fondly. The building manager Tina Cotton is a marvel and always made everyone feel heard and appreciated and always strove to go the extra mile to make sure everyone felt included and celebrated year round. If you’re looking for a place to live in Stoke I can’t think of a better place to stay then Q!”
“Where to start….. I hope that management recognizes this and acknowledges the exceptional staff at this Co-op branch. I moved to Nantwich a couple of years ago and the staff have always been amazing and helpful. Every single one of them. This review today is down to Matt, one of the team leaders. Today, I came in as a regular and asked Matt for some advice. During our advice session, he informed me that my payment declined a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have to worry because he took care of it. He has seen me several times since and hasn't chased me for it, which indicates that it was a genuine act of kindness. He spent his own wage on a shop that cost £30. I assume there is a procedure for people who don’t pay (especially if intentional) which this was definatly not and an honest mistake. he knew me as a regular and they know my daughter who is disabled so he knew this wasn’t intentional. I made it a point to repay him, which he declined, which was lovely on his part. Although it was a random act of kindness, it was significant, but I had to compensate for what he had lost. He deserves every penny he earns. But thank you, Matt. Due to my ADHD, I am prone to making mistakes because I don't slow down enough. I appreciate you trusting me and not judging me. Thank you for being a remarkable civilian and for being truthful. The fact that he did it and has seen me since without mentioning it is just so admirable on his part, although it was a rare special circumstance.. I am pleased that I have found out and repaid what I owed him. Had I left it to the co-op, it would have been their problem, but he took care of the company from his own back. Thankfully, there were no losses and everything was paid for. Co op you have an outstanding team. I want to express my thanks as a local fan :) Please note shops are not free. I will be making sure in future payments go through and i hope everyone else does too . But again thank you matt .”

“THE STAFF IN THE SHOP ARE BRILLIANT HEATHER THE MANAGER IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE AND ALSO ALL OF THE STAFF RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO SHOP THERE AND ALSO KNOWING THE MONEY IS GOING TO A GOOD CAUSE”
“Excellent sevice from the pharmacist at Beaconside. She researched the new RSV vaccine for me and made an appointment straight away. I needed it because although I keep myself fit and active I have had severe chest infections this year and last year causing hospital admissions but had to pay privately because the Government do not allow it for over 79 year olds although it is recommended in America for all over 75. Another blow against the elderly”
“My husband rang the practice at short notice, and was offered an appointment the same date, he was seen by Mr Williamson and given an ECG which showed that he had a heart problem, ( unaware of any heart problems) then following a stay in hospital he was given a pacemaker. We will be eternally grateful for the care given and the diligence shown by the member of staff. Thank you to the receptionist for listening and Mr Williamson for being thorough in his investigation.”
“It is a great pub and the staff r great”
“Without there help I don't think I would of got my visa. (Faye) was really good in explaining the process & the help she provided, I would of struggled getting my visa. Faye evan rang me on her day off, to say my visa was granted. I couldn't recommend this company more. Brian”
“Friendly and helpful staff as always. Stress free experience.”
“I want to commend Jackie in the delicatessen. Always has a smile and goes out of her way to provide great service. She knows how much I love the jalopena scotch eggs but there are rarely any left when I go. So she walked me over to the cheese counter where some had been packaged up that I would never have seen. She is a joy to deal with and I hope she gets some recognition for giving great service.”

“I began therapy with Liam in Feb after suffering for months with what felt like a knot in my upper back, that I couldn’t seem to get rid of despite having regular sports massage somewhere else. I’d never tried Turn Therapy before but it has been really effective for me and the pain has now gone. I book in for regular sessions to maintain the rest of my body, as I have a high exercise load throughout the week. I’d definitely recommend trying it!”

“This lady is amazing with a capital 'AMAZING'. I had been told by several people that I have a good voice but I never paid them any attention. When my wife passed away, I went looking for things to do and joined Kate's choir (MicWire) and not long after that started taking singing/voice coaching lessons with her. I had only ever thought of myself as a crooner but Kate encouraged me to push my boundaries, to step out of my comfort zone and has taken me to the stage where I'm working on musical theatre material with her and have recently taken my first baby steps into amateur musical theatre. My self-confidence has increased significantly over the last two or three years and I am becoming increasingly confident singing solo at gigs with the choir and the feedback from the audience has been excellent. I do have a good voice and I am learning, more and more, how to use it and how to play with it. I don't understand how she does it but she somehow makes it easy for me to understand what it is I should be doing to be able to do this, that or the other thing better.”
“We couldn't be happier with our choice to send our daughter to Brook Cottage. The staff, in a word, are fantastic! Our daughter has additional feeding needs (she has a nasogastric tube), and all of the staff have trained in using it. Their care and compassion with our daughter is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. They've gone out of their way to make her (and us) comfortable and we go to work knowing she's in excellent hands all day.”
