“ProHort are amazing. I was in the awful situation when after submitting my planning application I was asked for a PRA by the district council before planning could be approved. As I was very short on time due to the bat season and surveys only being conducted over a few months in the summer, I contacted lots of companies who were very happy to help me with the PRA but if I did have any sign of bats they would be unable to carry out the surveys until the following year. This would have held up my project for approx 12 months. ProHort were different to all the other companies that I contacted, Annette phoned me on receiving my email and we discussed my project i.e. the house, the area and the likelihood of bats. This common-sense approach was a complete rarity in all the email responses and telephone calls I made. I can’t recommend ProHort highly enough they genuinely care for both the project and the wildlife.”

“first time visited, arrrived 1:50pm on Wednesday, all desserts are £5 only. the service was good and the food that we ordered were tasty. buffalo chicken wings almost charged £1 per wing. the confit belly pork, steak pie and sea baa were delicious. both crumbles and sticky toffee pudding with custard were values for money (£5 per dessert on wednesday)”

“Had a small wake here after a family funeral. Food was great sandwiches, chips, pork pies, quiche, home made cake, tea and coffee. Great staff, great refurb pub. Would not hesitate to use this as a venue again.”

“Loved this place. Our first time there for just one night to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be going back as we both felt so relaxed there. Beautiful settings and garden, great for heading out on a walk. Decor and ambience just lovely. Food was excellent (and not 'messed with' as my husband would say!). Our room, which was upgraded so very kindly and much appreciated, was brilliant. Wonderful views from large double aspect windows. Thank you.”

“Ive recently bought and exhaust from delkevic and through my own fault i have ordered a part that was a wrong fit and in the end i needed a part making thinking this couldnt or wouldnt happen i can glady say i was wrong i was dealing with a guy named joe who not only helped me get the part i needed but also had another man named tony help make the part. I can happily say i have never experienced customers service this good anywhere before and i will also say that from now on any bike i ever own will have one of your exhausts fitted to it. I will be a customer for life thanks to joe and tony you guys are awesome”

“I went to Kwikfit Crewe, after my car tyre burst down a country lane and ended up going on the back of a breakdown truck. Staff were unbeleivable it was turned 5pm when I got there, but they sorted me out and put a new tyre on and checked all the others and I wa out by 5.45. I can highly recommend this company they are so helpful.”

“We went for a flu jab last weekend and it was so well organised! A lot of people were due to have the jabs. We turned up a bit early, joined a longish queue which went down very quickly, there were plenty of friendly helpers, the jabs were done quickly and efficiently and we were out. It all took about 10 minutes.”

“Very clean cosy room . Probably the hottest night ever so the large fan was most welcome . Currently sitting in the courtyard which is a nice area. Very nice kitchen area for guests use . Here for my granddaughters graduation .”

“Really good place to live as a student. Rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need. Staff are friendly and always help out fast. It’s close to uni and town, and the social areas make it easy to meet people. Feels safe and comfortable — definitely recommend One London Road!”

“I've visited the hair and beauty and always been treated very well, they always colour my hair and cut and blow dry, I come away feeling much better, and I always get complimented on my hair. The students are always very pleasant and if they are a little unsure the tutors are very close at hand to help.”

“Definitely well worth visiting if Shakespeare is your thing - bear in mind that the performance is in traditional language, so can be hard to follow if you aren't familiar with it. The performance itself was excellent, a great cast and very well performed. My only issue was that the location of the support pillars for the roof of the seating stand weren't clear on the seating plan, and I had one right in front of me which spoilt the view somewhat. The seat do get a bit hard so definitely take a cushion with you, and it does get chilly when the sun goes down.”

“ABSOLUTELY loved my time here. I came on the hottest day of the year, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was hot,the birds were hot, Laura (my guide) was hot - but it was one of the best experiences I've yet to partake in. So much so that I would like to continue in Falconry Training. Laura was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. She was so informative, and just wanted me to have the best time. I was allowed to feed the birds, go into their enclosures, hold a few, fly Bella (the picture shows Bella and I after a flying session)! Laura was a great guide - couldn't recommend her enough. Gareth was also about and got involved and shared his immense knowledge and expertise. Both are so down-to-earth, love the birds dearly, and want you as a client to get stuck in!! I went for the half day experience, and my god, Laura crammed so much in and I am so grateful. I am so thankful for this INCREDIBLE experience. Highly recommend, without a doubt. Mel was fantastic at booking me in, and so quick and prompt at replying to my emails. It was a breeze to sort everything out. Thank you all!!”

“Great pharmacy. Really helpful staff who have supported three members of my family with extremely complex medical needs. They always seem to be busy, so you need to exercise a little patience sometimes, especially at peak times. Getting through on the phone can be a little difficult at times, because they are dealing with face to face customer issues. I'd advise physically going there if able, otherwise just keep trying on the phone. Top rating from me.”

“Walked in to a warm, welcoming , pizza smell. Shared olives to start and it was a very generous portion with lovely salted bread and olive oil. Had already ordered a pizza each which was delicious but very filling. Brought a doggy bag home. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The only down side was there wasn't a wine list and we ended up paying heavily for the drinks. Will definitely book again.”
