“Ordered for the first time last night and have to say it was absolutely lovely! The portion sizes were really decent, especially for the chips and Donner meat. Normally, I end up with chips galore and just a few pieces of Donner, but this time it was an equal share of each. The added cheese was actually melted and plentiful, spread throughout the dish. It tasted lovely, slightly greasy, but no more than usual kebab food. The chicken was really nice too—perfectly hot, well-cooked, and flavourful. They could be a bit more generous with the sauce; I prefer a bit more than there was, but now I know to ask for extra next time. The food arrived quickly, and the driver was friendly too. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending them to friends and family!”

“Always polite when calling to order so 5* Food is very fresh and cooked nicely, had in the past chow meins, bbq ribs, foo young, curry sauce , chips, chicken satay all been really nice 5* prices have gone up but they would as cost all round have increased a lot . Recently tried another local Chinese as Ruby was busy and I wasn’t impressed with some of the dishes obviously back using Ruby . Delivery time always between 30-45 mins , I usually order between 7-7.30 so no delays, driver very friendly, would highly recommend for safe choice .”

“Just fantastic. First time here and ordered the usual ribs, lemon chicken, chips and rice. This was one of the best I’ve had. My partner had different dishes to me (she’s vegetarian) and said it was the best she’s had. Great job Great Wall :) Don’t change a thing! 2024 update - quality seemed to go down a bit over the last year or so with really gloopy sauces that set before your food was finished. Fortunately, it appears to be under new management and the quality of the food has improved a lot, in fact, it’s the best it’s ever been.”

“Ever since this place was taken over by new management we absolutely love the pizzas from here. We always collect as we get the 20inch which is currently £14 for collection. It's always fresh and tastes great. Never had a delivery so can't comment on that. We have just given a rival pizza company is hednesford a try as not used them in ages and was so disappointed, we won't divert from pizza pan again.”

“It's a cool, typical English pub. It's very common to see English older people drinking beer. Good staff, the only minus is that they close early. Large selection of alcoholic beverages, and the prices are the best”

“You know what this place has changed. It went really downhill and we stopped going for many years. The new management is top dollar and they have done a proper job. The place is nice and well cleaned and the food freshly cooked to order for breakfast. I'd go back there and eat again, its cost effective and a no nonsense simple menu. It isn't a top end restaurant and doesnt elude to being so. But the display of food and the taste... well it was dot on!”

“The best Waitrose coffee shop we've ever been to. Choose your own mug, very friendly and fast service, always have their delectable almond croissants, great coffee (lovely and hot), hot toasties, very nice seating, plenty of room, excellent toilets available! Stopping there is the highlight of our journey from and to the south from Cumberland. A very short and easy hop from the M6, and infinitely better than grim motorway services. Much better prices too, and a lovely Waitrose there if you want any groceries, drinks, snacks, gifts etc. In nice weather you can sit on tables outside. A big free carpark of course, and a petrol station handy close to the M6 roundabout on the way back. Perfect! Follow the map instead of Google - no need to go into the town. Straight off the M6 roundabout and keep straight on to the next roundabout and the car park is the last exit, go past the first car park (paid) to the free Waitrose car park. All very close to the roundabout. Opposite the picturesque old church tower.”

“My favourite place to order, the food is amazing, massive portions and a low price especially when you buy the set meal options, salt and chilli wings are incredible, chips are perfect, really fast service. Edit:The only thing I do dislike is that the food can be a little different sometimes, the BBQ sauce is never the same each time, I also usually like the pork balls but I ordered them recently and there was no meat on them just fat. But when the food is good it is amazing.”
