“Purchased a milltek exhaust via the tegiwa website. I also opted for installation , I got a call a couple of days later from tegiwa giving me the date and details of the garage all excellent and efficient. On the day of the installation the garage noticed a damaged component and an incorrect component also the garage suggested I needed a valve delete kit. This problem was caused by the manufacturers warehouse fancy having a fantastic product then allowing your warehouse operations to ruin the experience. Anyway tegiwa were amazing they sent a chap to visit milltek and collect all the parts I needed this was a two hour round trip . Thank you for saving the day Tegiwa and fiesta man :-)”

As for the girl at the counter, always most helpful, knows her stuff on cars and the business. I had an issue with not finding a receipt for a refund last year for something my father bought wrong, and found it beyond their 60 day returns window, they were still able to process it. This kind of service ensures returning customers for life. Good stuff.”

“I had an appointment with Lukas this morning for a root canal treatment, in my head when he told me I wouldn’t feel it, I immediately thought yeah okay mate you’re going to be drilling into my mouth and I’m not going to feel any pain ? Sure. This man a magician!! I didn’t even feel the needle going in, nor did I feel anything other than the dribble leaking down my face which they really kept on top of with cleaning it up. I had a strange reaction to the anaesthetic, it made me itchy for a short while and then left me feeling like a was floating, which after a while I can’t say I mind, also not their fault as they asked me if I was allergic or have I ever have a reaction in which my answer was no. I thank everyone at the priors for making this such a gentle experience.”

After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! The staff were very pleasant and also gave me a tour of the premises whilst my car was getting the upgrade which is not something you typically expect to see, plus the waiting room facilities were excellent. I am now also keen to bring my Mini back to Lohen for my routine mots and servicing each year.”
