“By far the best cafe in the area! Every time I come to Bear I never want to leave. Can’t quite put my finger why I love it so much. Is it the ambiance, the acoustics, the decor, the view, the amazing coffee (which takes me back to living in Melbourne, renowned for amazing coffee shops!), the fabulous food or the friendly warm and welcoming staff? Whatever it is, it ticks all my boxes, please keep it up!”

“Visited the Pausa cafe today. The efficiency of the staff and quality of the food was superb. So much so I went back to ask the two girls if I could treat them to a coffee. They politely declined so I thought I’d just leave a public appraisal of the two young ladies who gave great service today. Katie and Sam I believe their names were. Well done.”

“Really enjoyed having a little stop at this cafe for a drink. In the centre of town just off the main area it’s big enough for maybe 25 people with various tables inside and out. Toilets on site and it’s wheelchair accessible too. They allowed our dog in as he was well behaved. Lovely service and very friendly. We had a couple of cream teas with great clotted cream and home made scones - it was a great time thanks”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

“Bit pricey but worth it. Bacon wasn't what I'd call proper streaky but I'm picky. All in all it was great food, well presented and served fairly quickly.”

Everything ran smoothly from our initial home visit, to visiting the showroom to make choices, to the full installation. Steve the fitter was wonderful, he did a fantastic job and was extremely conscientious and very tidy! The wardrobes are great quality, and having the soft close feature on wardrobes is a luxury we are not used to! We would highly recommend this company.”

“We can highly recommend Wharf Design. Chris has transformed our old kitchen into a light, modern workable kitchen and utility area with a wow factor. With his knowledge he helped with design and colour on all aspects of the project and nothing was to much trouble. If Chris was not around Mike was always on hand to help. Fitters Wayne and Kurt were excellent as were their team of tradesmen. All happy to advise if needed and kept us informed and up to date at each stage. All very professional. We would definitely use Wharf Design again.”

“After shopping around for a new kitchen we finally decided to go with BKB by Springmill. What sold it for us was Russell and his knowledge. This guy is in his 80s and has been in the selling of kitchens for over 50 years. He is local and knows his customer base. He knows the houses in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area and knows just what is needed to make a good job even better. Adrian the fitter was a great all-round guy. He’s one of these rare people who go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. He and his oppo Jack got stuck straight in and finished the job in just a few days. Everything fitted well, with no mishaps or errors. We would strongly recommend BKB by Springmill.”

“I recently had a gun that I had purchased elsewhere, altered so that it fits correctly. John took time to ensure the stock measurements were perfect and then also oiled the stock to a perfect finish. The gun is now perfect. I also purchased a second gun from an online auction and John took delivery of it as my nominated firearms dealer. When it arrived we unwrapped the packaging together and both inspected the gun. He's now altering that stock too. John provides an excellent service, he's a craftsman and real gentleman. His pricing is very reasonable for the expertise and service he provides. I would offer 6 stars if google would let me!”
