“Been with this branch since moving to kenfig hill the staff are very friendly to me and I bring my dog with me to the shop so I stand outside and the ladies will see me and will fetch them straight out to me I'm sometimes there for a while but it's to be expected but I have to say they are really good with me I have mental health issues and they always a lovely bunch and very helpful people moaning about they are very rude but these ladies put up with alot of very rude customers it is disgusting the way how costumers speak to them she how your saying they are very rude I don't think so they get frustrated when they can't find proscriptions and they get alot of abuse as well from costumers while trying to see what the problem is,I think the staff are great respect is a two way system you have to give it to receive it back”

“Great experience of the common ailment scheme, even though it was busy, I barely had to wait 10/15 minutes (which is usually a minimum wait in the GP surgery even with an appointment) and the staff were so friendly and calm, even though they were rushed off their feet. Most prescriptions completed within 5 minutes (of the patients waiting whilst I was there) praising good work as many are quick to complain. Thank you.”

“My French Bulldog recently underwent BOAS surgery with Geraint Jones, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Geraint was absolutely incredible—not only with my dog but also with me. “I had a really bad infection in my eye that needed antibiotics. I was booked in with the pharmacist within a hour I was prescribed antibiotics. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and some lovely wax melts in the shop joined onto the pharmacy. Defo recommend.”

“Conveniently located just up from a great dog walking spot, Singleton Park, Dewkes fits into community life in Sketty. With a wide range of products and an “if we don’t have it we’ll find it” moto- who else would you want taking care of your most loved family member?? There are super swanky dog leads and collars, pub treat gift bags and a free dog treat as you pass. All in all, this family run business has thought of everything. I highly recommend taking a look inside and having a chat with their friendly staff! :)”
