“Bill’s Soho Restaurant is a fantastic place that I highly recommend in the heart of London. I visited for a late breakfast (brunch), and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented – I tried the eggs with sides, and everything tasted perfect. The restaurant has a cozy, stylish atmosphere with a mix of modern and classic décor, making it a great spot for friends or family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided quick service with a smile, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A must-try in Soho!”

“Was searching for a Romanian restaurant and this was the “closest” to central London I found and seemingly there is a large East European community leaving around here. First thing I’ll say is that the restaurant looks much nicer than the pictures I’d seen. It was very modern and nicely decorated like an old Romanian tavern from the Middle Ages. Secondly the food was super authentic, very meat focused and delicious. The portions were huge and I thought it offered great value for money. Mains start at 8£ and go up to 18£ for a sharing platter which is a bargain for the amount you get. There were no other customers inside which was a shame but I am sure it gets busy at times. Overall paid £31 for two excluding tip; would highly recommend and return.”

“Really great Indian food. All the meat was high quality and cooked perfectly. Curries were full of flavour and a nice consistency. The onion Bhajis were probably the best I’ve ever had. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive and pricing was very fair for the quality and portion sizes. We will definitely be back!”

“Exceptional, we had a really great time, I was expecting the restaurant to be a very proper and traditional set up, when it turned out to be anything but, in a very heart warming way. We were welcomed by Tom, who was very very kind and welcoming, took his time to explained everything very clearly, as if we were his close friends, which make everything very relaxing. We had the beef wellington which was REALLY REALLY well prepared, we were also VERY impressed by the starters, if I remember correctly were the trout eclair, lamb croquet and cured salmon and the hummus (dont remember from what bean), to put it simply, we were blown away !! And the reservation was not at all complicated, smooth and easy. Cannot think of anymore superlatives to describe the restaurant, would certainly become a regular if I live in London.”

“My friend and I were there Sun 20/7 and, as always, the food was excellent & the staff were fantastic. There are some new staff and it's great to see them working well with the more experienced one's. A special call out to the lady who uncorked the red wine early for my friend, just a lovely, friendly & super efficient person! And to Francesca, thank you for all your help with my dairy free! My friend & I visit Cibo a few times a year and it's consistently excellent overall. Happy to give 5 stars everywhere.”

“A chefs perspective of ottos it could not get more French when you walk in your transported to France. The owner is a French as they come! I thought the goats cheese soufflé was one of the best starters I’ve ever had. The scallops were also as good as it gets. The service on the starters wasn’t the best they got our starters mixed up the front of house manager took our order so that was his bad the younger waiter had to take the embarrassment for it!. I did find the front of house manager abir all the place pacing up and down the restaurant looking quite bored at times but he is good with customer with his old school approach and jokes and he’s certainly knows what he’s doing. It was quiet that night so maybe that was the mistake and the pacing up and down. As for the rack of lamb the theatre was great but the lamb was as good as roar in my opinio. I forgot how rare the French cook meat. That ruined it for me and in my opinion English peolple think that is to under cooked the worst part was the fat had not been rendered down and was very raw and tough also the whole lamb was under seasoned and it needed some sort of peas maybe as a purea?! It ruined rhe meal for me I said to my sister I’ve only cooked a rack of lamb a few times so these guys should get it bang on cooking it most nights but they messed it up big time! They should ask how you want it cooked because once it’s been carved that’s it you will have to flash it in a pan which will ruin it to cook it more! execute the cooking right b4 you bring the theatre out I would say I have never had pomme soufflés b4 I wanted to get them to see what the hype is about they were exactly how they should be looks wise a work of art crafted by a mater of his trade! They are extremely hard to make so hats of ro the chef who did them for me sadly as I expected rhe flavour was not great just like a crisp with no seasoning the salt had not even stuck to them again all about the theatre but lacking in seasoning. They would be better served with some sort of Hollandaise or aioli not the jus. The Apple tart was to die for and the chocolate pot and the after dinner truffles were not very impressive . It’s a great restaurant I would not return I would say it’s the sort of place most people would only go once I would not say it’s worth the price tag for normal people anyway. I know my food and how hospitality runs so I like to leave an honest chefs review of restaurants. I would like to say the younger guys in the team were very professional and knew what they were doing shame they have to make up mistakes of others but it was an experience I wanted to show my sister a higher class of food and service and it did deliver just a shame rhe lamb was not right. Whej it came to the bill I was not willing to pay the 12.5% tip I wanted to tip what I thought it was worth they wanted £30 service charge well I put 10£ for it and of course like all fancy places and most places in general in london they make you feel bad for it and it can create a scene my £10 was a fair tip they shpuid of been happy with considering the service they had given me and tbh this bugs me about these places I’m not from the 1% my bill is already very expensive why embarrass me in front of other guests and my sister not all guests have endless amounts of money and don’t take it personally if people cannot pay the service charge it’s optional some people are hard up and save for a meal like this. Thanks to ottos for the experience it’s something I will not forgot the French know how to eat drink and live that’s for sure there food brings joy all round the globe they are very passionate people when it comes to hospitality.”

Right when you walk in, the place feels welcoming and cozy, making you feel right at home.The menu is packed with all sorts of yummy options. From the usual brunch goodies to some really unique dishes, there's something for everyone. I picked something off the menu that not only looked amazing but tasted incredible too. You could tell they used fresh ingredients because every bite was super flavorful. The staff at The Brooks were great as well. They were super friendly, always there when you needed them, and knew the menu inside out. They recommended some really good dishes and drinks that went perfectly with what we were in the mood for.The vibe of the place is just as cool. It's got a stylish yet laid-back decor, making it a perfect spot whether you're out for a casual brunch or celebrating something special. Plus, sitting outside on a nice day in Brighouse is pretty hard to beat.All in all, The Brooks is definitely a place I’d go back to and tell my friends about. If you’re looking for a solid brunch spot, this place should be on your list.”

Rice is not sticky, meat was tender and juicy with a great hint of real fire. The staff is absolutely lovely and polite. Prices are absolutely fabulous for outstanding quality of food.
