Free parking plus a massive car park, cinema is always well kept and the staff are much friendlier than the Luton and MK staff. Also much cheaper than other Cineworlds. Really hope this doesn't close down! So many happy memories at Aspects.”

It’s been amazing to see the cinema remain such a consistent and welcoming part of the community over the years. The location is very convenient, especially being inside the shopping centre and close to excellent transport links. The screens are a good size, with clear picture quality and strong sound, making for an enjoyable cinema experience. The seating is comfortable, and the cinema is generally clean and well looked after. The staff truly stand out. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, whether that’s assisting with tickets, guiding families to the right screen, answering questions, or making sure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism and warm attitude make visits with children especially easy and enjoyable. Overall, Vue at W12 is a reliable, family-friendly cinema that continues to deliver great experiences year after year. Highly recommended.”

“The peak of cinema experiences. If you haven't experienced something like this before you will be amazed at the size of the cinema rooms. Massive would be an understatement. The lobby area is very spacious though they can do with faster service at times. There are no prices displayed anywhere at the counters which I find insane. You have to ask the staff how much every single thing costs to be able to make a choice. And post COVID-19 inflation has really had an impact and made cinema experiences quite pricey but that is not a VUE issue. One thing I really don't like is that you have to pick your seats with different seats having different pricing. That's a bit too much money milking for me. I would prefer they just had the lowest price and seats was first come first serve like it has always been. I paid for seating at the back and ended up in a basically empty room and couldn't help feeling like I should have just paid for the cheapest seats and just sat anywhere I wanted since the room was empty. One advantage of this particular location is that it is situated within a retail park so you can park for free, as opposed to other VUE locations that are within malls work paid parking.”

“Zootopia 2 – My Review After Watching It “I just watched Zootopia 2 and honestly, it was a great experience. The movie keeps the spirit of the first one but brings a fresh story with more action, comedy, and energy. The animation looks amazing — bright, detailed, and full of life. I really liked how the film mixes humor, emotional moments, and fast-paced scenes. Judy and Nick are still a perfect team, and the new storyline keeps you interested from start to finish. The music fits well, the jokes land, and the whole movie feels fun and smooth to watch. Overall, Zootopia 2 is definitely worth seeing — whether you’re a fan of animation or just want to enjoy a good movie. I highly recommend it.””

“Perfect local cinema. Not too big, not too small. Always held Vue close to my heart, the biggest movies at the best price. Staff are always on point and the range of snacks and drinks is great. Toilets are always spotless. The rooms or screens may not be the biggest or the best but for just £5.99 a ticket, it's an absolute bargain”

“Went to see avatar, heating was broken so it felt like AC was on in winter. £80 for 5 of us - being comfortable felt like a reasonable ask. Bloody horrible, complained but nothing happened. Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - “treat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively. You’re an asset to the business - drive it like you own it, you’ll go far with that attitude!! Thank you for looking after us.”

“A really great experience. The guys were friendly and really helpful - I don't know if they are the owners or employees but if they are employees they deserve a raise. We booked for an hour and they do a great job with the tutorial, understanding your level of experience and offering you a range of games to try. They also weren't stingy with time, they gave us the tutorial in VR and then an hour. They also said we could have more time (I think because it was quiet) but we were tired out. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. If you haven't done VR - do it here first.”

“Oakwood cinema always manage to choose excellent films. We have never been disappointed. If we don't manage to see the films (being away) we buy them on line and have a film night at home. Cheaper and more convenient than going to other cinemas. Drink and popcorn always available.”

“Amazing experience using outdoor cinema hire UK. John was great to deal with always at the end of the phone to answer any and all questions! He also changed the date we originally booked which was amazing and was very grateful for. Booked full package with John - screen, projector, Gazebo, seats, popcorn machine and candyfloss machine for my daughters 13th birthday. Everything was set up ready with full demo on how to use everything! Girls loved it and my daughter had an amazing birthday! All loved the popcorn but especially the candyfloss! Would definately use John again!”
