“Took my cat burt for his vacation the vet was friendly so professional she explained everything to us checked burt all over put him at ease which is no easy to do with a cat very clean and tidy waiting area and the receptionist was very friendly to overall a great experience for burt and myself thankyou”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Madeley branch. We have been registered with Haygate years and we have always been highley satisfied with both service and care for all of our pets. I didnt manage to get the ladies name who attended to our old and poorly hamster Oreo on Saturday (6th April 2024). Unfortiantly, we had to have our sweet Oreo put to rest due to old age and him having cancer and an infection. All our pets are treated as our family, and on the day we had to take Oreo in to be laid to rest, I coulnt of asked for more from the vet in question. Both myself and my daughter were utterly heart broken and in floods of tears, but thanks to the lady vet who looked after us, she made such a distressing visit so much more comforting. She was gentle, understanding, kind, and brought me such words of comfort and for that, we are forever gratefull. Thank you so much, top service/care and we wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Leah.”

“This is the second time I have visited this hospital and have received excellent service both times. I recently visited due to an infected abcess because my GP couldn't for me in for an appointment. The receptionist and the nurse I saw were both kind and caring and I was seen quickly. I was prescribed antibiotics and am now recovering well. Thankyou so much.”

“Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.”

“Ive visited the hednesford branch throughout last few years, allways very friendly, kind and welcoming to both customers and more importantly our pets. Recently had to take our dog reggie whom was very poorly unexpectedly, staff go above and beyond to get our dog an appointment to see a professional vet. Everything explained to us from the vet, and nurse/s about what our little dog is experiencing, and what care we needed to do etc. As it can be very nervous as a pet owner to have a sudden illness happen. I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite. “I have been a client of this practice for quite a while and have had many pets dealt with at this vets. I always find the staff to be very helpful and welcoming and the vets are thorough with their exams and give me all the required information I need to make the best decision for my pets. My most recent visit was for my cat's annual booster and health check. Harry examined both my cats from top to tail and made me aware of some health problems. Having all the information we managed to sort a referral to a specialist (which was organized same day). I know that my pets are always in good hands with this team, fantastic care and I couldn't ask for more.”
