“I have completed a Reiki II course at Equinox and I have found it to be a life changing experience. Even before being accepted on the course Billy and I had in depth conversations on my previous training. This demonstrated Billy's deep commitment to her work and the well being of prospective students. The course was completed over 2 days. At the start of the course we had an itinerary which was adhered to. Nevertheless there was lots of time for questions and for students to share their experiences. The written material given was comprehensive and covered everything we had discussed and needed to know. The gift was an added and appreciated bonus. What was especially great about this experience is that it didn't end when you worked out of the door. Billy is interested in the wellbeing of each individual and she encourages the group to keep in touch. In the future I plan to complete Reiki III with Billy knowing that I will be well equipped to help others as well as being supported on my own developmental journey.”

“Our cat Timmy had to put to sleep after it was diagnosed that he had an aggressive growth under the eye he had to have had removed previously. The staff at St. Georges were knowledgeable, empathic, sympathetic and they provided an excellent service at such a difficult time, even sending us a sympathy card a few days afterwards. “I would highly recommend Vets4Pets Madeley, Nathan and the team are very professional, kind and caring and took extra special care with my 11 year old collie after having dental surgery. After going in for a check up as he has a heart murmur Nathan said that his skin condition around his mouth was related to his poor dental hygiene (which was never mentioned at my previous vets) and recommended he had some bad teeth removed and a full clean which was a concern due to his heart condition as he needed a general anaesthetic but they took such care in him and me as I was extremely nervous about it! He was absolutely fine during the surgery thanks to their special care and made a speedy recovery. Everything was explained in detail and this put me at ease before, during and after. You always get greeted with a friendly smile when you arrive and everyone is personable and makes you feel calm during a stressful time. Thank you Nathan and team, keep up the amazing work”

They take time to make every effort to calm and pet our cat before any treatment she actually has a nice bond with Avril and Emma. “Pool House vets were brilliant!! After our doberman picked up a considerable injury on a walk up the woods and after ringing our own vets first, not only did someone actually answer the phone at 9 o'clock at night, they admitted her straight away, were knowledgeable and efficient in what they did keeping us informed of plans and potential issues etc all the way through. After the surgery, they were also very efficient in providing supporting paperwork requires for our insurance claim too which was really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better service at a highly stressful time and could not recommend Pool House Vets any higher!”
