“First time ordering, beautiful food! been looking for a new chinese, will definitely order again, crispy beef was BEAUTIFUL !!!”
“Great pub with delicious food. I was there for the second time and I was still nicely surprised with the taste of meals. Portions are big, the food is freshly made and is nicely decorated on the plates . The staff are friendly and the pub is clean and tidy. Summerhouse has plenty of car park spaces and also the garden with the tables and sits outside. Behind the garden area there are meadows with wild flowers and free roaming horses. I highly recommend this pub. It's a shame for me that this pub is not close to Coventry where I live.”
“Best Chinese I’ve ever had ❤️ and such a lovely lady made sure the order it’s right highly recommended”
“It's a great traditional sandwich shop. Just had an amazing roast chicken cob.”
“Mr. Sing’s Pizza is absolutely fantastic! The pizzas are always fresh, loaded with toppings, and full of flavour — you can really taste the quality in every bite. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the amazing staff. They’re super friendly, welcoming, and always go out of their way to make sure customers are happy. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a takeaway, they treat you like family.”
“Visited today with a large group for a birthday celebration and we were really pleased with our choice. Service is absolutely fantastic as usual and they were so patient with the kids and changes to the order. Food was fast, hot and tasty. They cater to gluten free really well so that set my mind at ease for my daughter. Great interior and decor, and clean everywhere in arrival with a lovely welcome sign for my other half’s birthday. Lovely little oasis in Wolves, recommend to anyone wanting a great value meal in a relaxed environment.”
“Great food, great guys, owner was down to earth!.. garlic sauce was amazing! Highly recommend”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time at The Crown Bar & Grill this evening after months of saying, “Shall we go?” & I wish we’d come sooner! It’s a Nice family run bar & grill The food is absolutely amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend it! We’ll definitely be coming more often.”

“Authentic South Indian food served here and atmosphere is very stylish and modern! Great service! Highly recommend”
“Visited on Sunday 21st December and we were looked after by Sam, who was super attentive, polite, and very likeable. She has a lovely personality and made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. The food was excellent. I had the lamb shank shepherd’s pie, which was incredibly tender, rich in flavour, and topped with the most delicious mash. The venue itself was dressed beautifully for Christmas — warm, cosy, and with perfectly chosen ambient music that really set the scene. Thank you to the whole team at Himley House. Have a wonderful Christmas.”
“Following my visit on Saturday night I was surprised that there are so many negative reviews of this place. Further investigation reveals that some of them look a bit suspect with one even posting a picture of a different Le Raj. I haven't been here for around 25 years, for no reason other than I don't go into this part of Gornal very often and so it got overlooked. It would have been again but for Google. I chose it because it was thankfully air conditioned, offered BYOB as well licensed, local and the parking is not too bad either. We had a good time here, the staff are very friendly and the service attentive. The atmosphere was good too, quite busy and very much a locals place but having survived so long given the size of Gornal is testament to them. There was one overly loud table but there usually is. The mandatory (for us) poppadoms and chutney tray were nice, unusually featuring a tamarind dip, I guess mango chutney could be available if requested. We went straight into the mains which we really enjoyed, I had a very flavoursome Syleti Bhuna and the wife had an equally tasty balti which she said was 'gorgeous'. Both were very large portions but the chicken and chicken tikka in each was a fraction dry. The sides were very good, especially and unusually, so were the chips. The prices are reasonable with the specials at around £10.50. We won't be leaving it too long until our next visit.”
“Last nights food was great! Thank you”
“We visited the Seven Stars in Sedgley for the First time today for a meal out. Being Disabled I was pleasantly surprised to Find the the Disabled parking bays next to the ramp leading into the main entrance. Inside it was well laid out into several eating areas so we easily found a table then ordered our meal at the bar. We were served by a very nice young lady Laurie-Jo, We both ordered the fish and chips. Shortly after getting back to our seats the meal was served by a member of the kitchen staff he was very helpful and attentive. The meal was very well presented and cooked to perfection. While eating our food we noticed Laurie-Jo Thoroughly cleaning the empty tables thereby maintaining the pristine condition of the interior of the Seven Stars. Overall we enjoyed our meal and visit and can thoroughly Recommend the Seven Stars. We will visit again in the near future.”
“Always ordered through Just Eat but they're not on there anymore found their website ordered for the first time off it. Easy to order and navigate website, order came 20 minutes early but didn't disappoint it was delicious as always even our fussy eater finished all hers. Definitely ordering off their website again.”
“Became a regular here, order every week, curry’s are always fresh, hot and delicious. Delivery always within the time stated.”
“I live in Liverpool, so I have absolutely no reason to say anything positive even—why would I bother to comment? But wow! I never thought I’d have a proper takeaway like this again. I usually love a la carte, posh vegan restaurants, but I’ve missed the greasy, indulgent pizzas I used to have before going vegan—and this place delivered exactly that. The calzone, garlic bread, and pizza were all incredible. Even better, it was a hit with my two autistic kids, which isn’t always easy. We were just visiting the Black Country Museum, and if I’m ever in the area again, of course I’ll be ordering—because wow. Ignore the other negative reviews—they’re talking rubbish. Maybe they just don’t like vegans, haha!”
“From we sat down Aidan has been so accommodating. When my drink came to me in error, Aiden quickly changed it. He has been very pleasant, kind and attentive nothing was too much to ask. We will definitely be returning again.”
“Excellent quality real ales. Enjoyed Orkney Clootie and kinver over the edge beers Top draw. Highly Recommended.”
“Lovely food, very generous portion sizes the soft noodles could easily stretch to 2 people I ordered it for my little ones and it there was plenty to share between them, the curry had plenty of flavour and so did the sweet and sour, chicken balls had a good balance of chicken and batter unlike some places where their all batter and hardly any chicken inside definitely will order again from here .”
“Love this local team and the shop. Special shout out to Stephen, Nas and Tayla for top customer service and quality brews every time. Thank you.”
“At the recommendation of a friend, our group convened at Lakshmi Sweets & Restaurant nestled in Wolverhampton. Enticed by the prospect of genuine Indian cuisine, I eagerly delved into the culinary adventure that awaited. The mixed grill presented an enticing array of sizzling tandoori chicken, succulent lamb, and tender fish, each bite bursting with authentic flavours. The generous portion sizes ensured satisfaction, while the aromatic spices transported us to the heart of India's culinary landscape. Lakshmi Sweet Centre proved to be a hidden gem, offering a taste of traditional Indian fare amidst the Midlands. The experience was a testament to the rich diversity of flavours and the warm hospitality that defines Indian cuisine, making Lakshmi Sweets & Restaurant a destination worth revisiting for its delightful culinary offerings.”
