“Its been my third visit here. Even connswater restore is very near to me I do prefer here because of the fantastic collection and very attractive price with amazing service. They have got the best staff there. Last time I purchased a wardrobe and the guy check the measurements before I load to car and he himself help to load the wardrobe and tied up to my car as it was long and my boot was to keep open. Such a gentleman he is. The stock keep changing everytime and beds, mattresses and wardrobes are the best there. They do arrange delivery also.”

“10/10 service. Very professional and helpful staff. Actually tried to not sell me a water heater because they thought i could get mine back working. Gave me a few things to try first before installing the new one and said if I could fix mine I could send the new one back for a full refund. 100% will go back for anything gas related. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had to fit the new water heater in the end and it's working perfect. Happy days.”

I bought a soundbar and there were several to choose from. Of these I was able to get a demonstration in-store. There is also a selection of multimedia cables to purchase from.”

Jamie did a stellar installation with the minimum of fuss - see the before and after photos. The girl in the curtain department went over and above her duties to be helpful to us when we were purchasing blinds and she even placed an online order for us. 5* to the curtain department..”

“I bought a cot mattress from Smyth's Forestside a few weeks ago, unfortunately when I brought it home it was not true to size and left a dangerous gap of about 6cm between the cot and mattress. I contacted Smyths customer service over the phone and they sent me a form to fill in with details of the incident and photos of the gap measurement. Smyths customer service was excellent and fully investigated the matter and contacted Smyths in Forestside on my behalf who then provided me with a replacement mattress if my choice. When I returned the faulty one, the staff in Forestside were already fully aware of the situation and provided excellent customer care. Monica in the Nursery section of Smyths was very friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the replacement mattress. Thank you for all the help, my 1 year old is getting a great night's sleep thanks to all at Smyths.”
