Staff very friendly and experienced none of these young ones That can't handle certain situations with kids. “The fry was good & big portion not greasy like most places we arrived to another customer complaining about the coffee i ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup and it was amazing we tried 3 different desserts a big sticky toffee pudding fan myself but here i wouldnt say it was sticky toffee pudding it was a dallop of toffee on side of sponge cake wasnt great the waffle we ordered just tasted like the average one that gets prepacked the chocolate brownie dessert was amazing though and honeycomb ice-cream with it was gorgeous would defo reccomend service was 100% girl who served us was the same one who got an earful from customer before us and she was amazing with us price was very reasonable would come again”

“Went to a wedding reception here and it was beautiful! Fairy lights all over the walls and the pretty tree in the middle of the room was a lovely centrepiece. The sun was out so the roof was retracted for most of the evening which made it feel so much more spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Negatives? Only one really, I thought the prices rather steep, £4.30 for a straight vodka is expensive by anyone's standards.”

“My son is almost 6 and this is one of the only soft play places that he doesn’t get bored of as he’s literally grown out of most of them. Last week him and another kid accidentally bumped into each other and he bust his wee lip. Despite being extremely busy the staff noticed right away and were very kind, immediately getting him an ice pack, an ice pop and a voucher for a free visit next time. Well done on the friendly service and welcoming playplace you’ve made for local children. ☺️☺️☺️”
