“Gorgeous interior with big floor to ceiling windows. Probably the prettiest Starbucks I've been in, in a long time! Drinks are good but not overly warm.”

“Caffè Nero in Belfast serves excellent tea! The quality is always consistent, with a rich, full-bodied flavor that’s perfect for a relaxing break. The staff prepare it just right—hot, fresh, and brewed to perfection. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to sit and enjoy a peaceful cup. Highly recommend for tea lovers!”

“Staff always smiling and helpful. The only thing that I don't like is the weird music they play and is too loud. It's OK to have no music as to the stuff they are playing.”

“Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar situated in dundonald near the hospital! We went on the night of the euros final so the restaurant was perfectly quiet and the staff were very friendly and held great conversations with us. The food was amazing and we were surprised with how nice it was as it was our first time being there. Will definitely be back soon!”

“Had some really nice food here with my wife @ very good value.Great service and atmosphere. We will definitely return”
“Called in here about 2.30pm for a late lunch/early dinner. I was pleased to see they do small versions of meals. I had the Cod & Chips with Mushy Peas and a pint of Guinness for £7.92 now that can't be bad. There was a good crowd in for that time of day. The food was good and the service took so I'll definitely be back.”
“Quiet little corner, hot chocolate and a pastry - with a book. Great choice of food, helpful staff and nice private atmosphere in a busy shopping centre.”

“I went to riverside bar and restaurant because I am a guest at the hotel, they were busy around 5:30pm so a lovely man asked me if I wouldn’t mind to come at 7:30, I said it was not an issue! 7:26pm I got down for dinner and was promptly seated at 7:28pm, was asked if I wanted water for the table and I said yes, restaurant was a bit more quiet than earlier, I had some colleagues join my table. Two tables next to mine also got seated. Time passes and the waiter never came, it’s around 7:40pm and he goes to the other two tables and asks for their drinks and if they were ready to order, it’s now 7:51pm and still no attention to our table, we starting discussing about just leaving and going somewhere else, he comes 1/2min later and asks if we are ready? We said yes, we ordered mains and also starters afraid he would never come back to ask for our mains. Wine glasses were never removed from the table (as a waiter the wine glasses tells you that the guests are still waiting on the drinks order, unless it’s different over here) one of the glasses had lipstick on the rim and mine had a chip on it. Food came we were very pleased with the flavors, food was really good, I would totally recommend this restaurant for the food, the service could be better but other than that we really liked it.”
“It's always a surprise to me that Nero are still so far beyond the other chains. Drinks & food are much better, the staff generally are too (they were in this case) plus the shops are way more comfortable. Very cool.”

“Good traditional UK food, full bar, many ciders on tap and bottled. Nice staff”
“Cider festival exceeded all expectations, if you get a chance to go to it next year, go! Trad music here, and has outdoor seating area and a couple of different rooms indoors, so you can find somewhere you can have a conversation, or enjoy the musicl”
“Went to a wedding reception here and it was beautiful! Fairy lights all over the walls and the pretty tree in the middle of the room was a lovely centrepiece. The sun was out so the roof was retracted for most of the evening which made it feel so much more spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Negatives? Only one really, I thought the prices rather steep, £4.30 for a straight vodka is expensive by anyone's standards.”
