“I visited the store to collect trousers I had ordered 2 months ago that I had forgot to collect. I was served by Annabelle in the Men’s Department who helped resolve my mistake. Annabelle is a credit to the company and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you Next Craigavon and Annabelle!!”

“This is a beautiful building. Extremely clean and bright. Lots of shops all different. I think they could do with more seating for customers walking through the building when your older you do need to rest here and. There. Great parking and it's Free. Good for wheelchairs and you have excess to the main town of Antrim. I definitely will go back again.”

Today I noticed the clock at the last minute of the bus arrival and the line in front of the cashier was long, I went to the worker closest to me to give her what I had, I was embarrassed to ask her to return the item to another floor , Even though she was busy, she kindly took it and smiled "sure. No problem." This is not the first time a situation occurs that reflects the kindness and cheerfulness of the workers there. Many many thanks to you guys”

“Took my son to Next at Abbeycentre to buy a suit for a day at the races. Great selection of styles. Good fitting rooms, spacious shop. Best of all was the service from a lady named Lyndsay. Despite being very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her as she advised my son on style, fit and even contacted another branch when his size wasn’t in stock. Highly recommended.”

“I am so upset. Today I went to Coach to buy a handbag for £259. I gave the staff £300, then she counted it over and over again to see if it was fake. After going through all the steps, she gave me back 75p. I am just a tourist here. My English is not good so I had to ask the interpreter to talk to her. Taking advantage of the customer not knowing English, she stole £40 from me. I was also negligent when I got the change back and didn't check it again until I got home and checked the bill. I need to be resolved! I can't believe this nonsense happened at a famous brand. And I don't know how many people have been like this. If possible, please check the camera again today at 15:55, 27/07/25. It's not the airline's fault, it's the staff who blatantly took advantage of tourists who didn't know the language. This is the branded bag I bought for my own birthday. With the first money I earned, I feel very sad to meet such an employee! I really hope the manager can solve my problem.”
