Her approachable manner and confidence in what she does really instilled a sense of trust. Following that, I had the most thorough and comprehensive hygiene appointment I’ve ever experienced, with Olivia the hygienist. She was incredibly detailed in both her examination and treatment, taking the time to explain every step and the reasoning behind her methods. She also gave me clear, practical advice on how to maintain good hygiene between visits—something no other hygienist has done to this level before. The reception team also deserves praise. Warm, compassionate, and always smiling, they made me feel welcomed and understood, especially given the personal circumstances that led me to seek a new dental practice. I now have quarterly hygienist appointments with the amazing Helen and regularly 6 monthly checks with Dr Sabzevari affectionately known as The Boss. I always enjoy a quick banter with both. They are most welcoming and charming with tremendous experience and knowledge of their craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend LDC for the treatment alone but the front of house and dental nurse support is the icing on the welcoming cake of excellent dental care in and around Lichfield.
