“Very nice cafe. Was small but really big variety. I tried chicken sandwich n it was really good. Milkshakes are good. And loaded fries was huge. Really happy.close to lower essex street. I think all of our office is gonna turn up there now 01 feb. 22. Went again and food was again top class and reasonably priced. The only drawback is atmosphere as all.the young youth and road men come there. Not a family friednly place . Howevere. Take away would b good. Try their Alcafe special wrap and loaded fries”

“What can I say, as a Northfield boy I grew up with the clock cafe on my doorstep. Recently visited since I moved to Wales 5 years ago. Every time I have been it has been amazing. Sense of a homely feeling, being welcomed and made to feel like you are the only customer there is amazing. Food was perfect and cheap prices!! Staff are amazing”

“We often take our dog for a walk in Warley Woods but went to the cafe for first time today. There's a good selection of food at very reasonable prices, including children's menu. We opted for some take away coffees and were hard pushed to select a single cake from the array of delicious looking homemade options. Cash and card (minimum £5) taken. Also noticed the option for instant coffee which is a nice touch for anyone who doesn't want to pay 'proper' coffee prices.”

Service is always great, the food and drinks are excellent and the kids love the toys and books available to keep them entertained. “Cherry Reds is a hidden gem! Lovely traditional Cafe Bar with nice decor and a cosy atmosphere. Menu selection is extensive and includes a wide variety of vegan/vegetarian options alongside traditional English food and drinks. The Diddy Breakfast was excellent quality and tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. An added bonus is the selection of cask and keg ales available. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Birmingham!”

“As a limitless customer for over 2 years now we do visit this cinema a lot and I must say the whole experience is fantastic. It looks very futuristic inside and being a luxe offers that extra level of comfort whilst watching your film. The screen s are huge and the sound quality is great too. The staff are very friendly and polite and the toilets are very clean indeed. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and want to watch a movie. There is also 3 hours of free parking which is a big car park underneath the cinema itself. Just make sure you validate your car registration when you are in the cinema. Highly recommended”

“I still remember coming to this little place when it first opened many moons ago. The people were as lovely as I remember them to be and the food was spot on. The schnitzel was perfectly done and the chips were golden and crispy. The bratwurst roll was also amazing and a perfect afternoon snack. “The poor reviews are very harsh. I’m not sure what customers would expect from a local cafe in the area. There is no halal cafes local to us so it’s really nice to have this place. I guess you can tell that the staff may be less experienced than a busy high st cafe. The decor is great considering the space they have done well to accommodate with seating. For a small business it’s fantastic. It was not expensive at all I actually thought it was rather affordable to most cafes outside this proximity. I hope it stays and people support it.”

“Chikaros Restaurant – A Flavour Explosion Like No Other! Chikaros completely blew me and my family away. From the moment we walked in, we was hit with the most mouth-watering aromas. We knew we was in for a treat — but we wasn’t prepared for just how incredible it would be. Every dish was a masterpiece. The flavours? Bold. Rich. Perfectly balanced. You could taste the passion in every bite. I honestly caught myself doing a little happy dance in my seat — it was that good. The wings? Unreal. Juicy, crispy, full of kick. The smash burger? Melt-in-your-mouth magic. I don’t even know how they got the chips that crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Witchcraft, maybe. And don’t get me started on the sauces — they should be bottled and sold worldwide. I’d dip everything in them if I could. Service was top-tier. Friendly, fast, and full of smiles. They made us feel like royalty without being overbearing. The vibe in the restaurant was energetic but chilled — perfect for catching up with mates or treating the family. Honestly, if you haven’t been to Chikaros yet, you’re missing out on one of the best food spots in town. I’m already planning my next visit. 10/10. Would eat again. And again. And again.”
