It was a big change from a grammar school but as soon I started, I settled in very well. I could not have asked for more enthusiastic and helpful teachers. They are always willing to help and give support. “We were looking for somewhere to have a light lunch and several people directed us to various places within reasonable distances, it was the last person who sent us to Caffe Minno and we were so glad as the person serving us was so friendly, listened to what I needed and as I was unable to climb stairs, directed us to the nearest disabled toilets which we could use. Whilst out, our meals were made and on our arrival back to the table, our meals were promptly provided. I was impressed, normally when I ask for something, I find that they've added items but I'm pleased to say. I was provided with exactly what I asked for, no worries about what the ingredients were or whether they've added spices or pepper during the cooking (you would not believe the number of places that, dispite you telling them you cannot have pepper as you are allergic to it, still add it or do something else and you end up frustrated and annoyed that they have failed to listen to you. Caffe Minno did listen and prepared my lunch exactly as I requested, thank you so much. We both enjoyed our meals and really appreciate the hospitality from both of you. Our experience in the Caffe Minno was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend you go here if you have the opportunity, as they catered for my needs. The food was well cooked, portion size was good and it was hot, which considering we went out and our food was still hot, to me shows that they cared about the quality of their food, their service and most importantly, their customers. My husband had the all day breakfast and if I were able to have eaten it, I would have done, as it looked very nicely cooked and the presentation of our meals was very nice. Thank you for giving us a truly memorable experience. It was very much appreciated.”
