“Been coming here regularly for a while now. Never had a better pint. Would also highly recommend the steak, expertly cooked to your liking by Mel. Lively atmosphere most weekends and for the Villa matches. All round great pub.”

“I have been in a couple of times on Mondays since the new landlady has taken over. I have to say what a great warm, welcoming experience it has been. It is very friendly with a community atmosphere. They do bar snacks, various rolls, pork pie slices and hot drinks. Rolls were very nice and went well with the excellent hand pulled beers on offer. There is also a dartboard and other games available.”

“Went here with my son for a carvery and I must say it was very flavoursome and I enjoyed it,the food was plentiful for the price.I couldn't eat all mine so I asked for a container to take it home and nothing was to much trouble for the staff.So if you want a nice carvery please do pop down and see them.”

“I went here for the first time on Friday and had an absolute blast. The food and drinks were unreal (and generous portions!) and every single staff member was SO friendly. I have a 5 month old puppy so I’m always wary of places that claim to be ‘dog friendly’ but this place was great and there were plenty of other happy dogs having a great time with their owners too. I’ll definitely be back and making my way through both the food menu and drinks menu!”

“Called ahead first to ask about bringing three of my service users (one learning disabilities and two complex needs). Couldn't be more helpful on the phone. Even suggested we could have a table in the quietest area. Once there, the staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't do enough to make sure our people were comfortable and stress free. Took the guys names so the bills didn't get confused and allowed us as much time as we needed at the table. Mitchell and Aaron, you were both brilliant and a credit to the pub. Thankyou both and we will definitely be back soon”

“Today we went to the fabulous Spa for the Fire and Ice Experience. Been taking friends and family here for ages for special occasions and always love it. But today’s a shout out for the Brabazon Bar, where we go after for drinks and a chat and a lovely bite to eat. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Alyson, Michelle Lucy and Ali - thank you for making us feel so at home!”

“Hands down my favourite pub to visit. The staff are always so welcoming and polite, especially Daniel! He always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re okay, is always happy to have a chat and makes you feel as though you’re part of the family. Honestly, if all pubs had a Daniel, they’d be one of the best! The pub is really clean, warm and inviting. Love the food here, and have never had any problems with anything I’ve ever ordered and it’s all super yummy and finished to a high standard any time. Can’t wait til my next adventure to the Greenhouse!”

“Me and my wife dropped in for a fry up, we had the light breakfast £12 each and a pot of tea between us. The staff were just lovely and very attentive, they made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was beautiful, especially the sausage (think it was from packington) probably one of the best I've had. We will endeavour to visit again. The decor inside was splendid, you could spend the whole day there.”

“So, I don't drink coffee, but Café Nero remains my favourite place to get a good vegan hot chocolate! There's oat, coconut or soya milk and lots of syrups to choose from. This branch can get really busy, but there's comfortable seating, (plus wall plugs!) really friendly staff, and some great food and cake options too.”

“I recently visited with my sister in law and i must say it was a lovely visit. We had different dishes, and both were delicious and presented beautifully! Ample parking and located in a lovely area. Atmosphere was perfect and i want to give the waitresses a shout out too! - Michelle and Harriet were amazing and very attentive to everything we needed and were both super friendly and smiley. Highly reccomended - will be visiting here again for sure!”
