“As a parent finding the right nursery for your child is one of the most stressful things ever. Having a bad experience previously at a different nursery with my eldest two children,I was very apprehensive. After visiting over 10 nurseries a friend recommended Billesley Ark Preschool. I hesitated at first thinking its quite far but gave it a go. After visiting the nursery it ticked most of the boxes that I had in mind. I decided to give it a go. What really impressed me was the settling in sessions and how the staff made it an easy transition. I was very nervous as my child had become very clingly to me and would not let me out of his sight for even a minute. The lovely staff made him feel so comfortable that he enjoyed it. They sent me updates to reassure me.They immediately realised what he activities and toys he enjoyed and made sure that it was available for him. I was amazed at how well he settled in and enjoyed nursery. He looks forward to his nursery sessions everyday and has never refused to go. He always comes home with a smile on his face and happily tells me what he got upto. The communication from the nursery is excellent. I also love that children can bring their own food that they enjoy and are used to. Most nurseries do not allow food from home which can be fustrating for fussy eaters. They provide lots of healthy fruit and even offer breakfast to children which is very generous of them. The staff show alot of love and care for children. I also love that they take the children outside daily to get some fresh air and play. The nursery also has its own minibus that the children have access to. The staff always have well planned activities set out for children to recognise all faiths and events happening such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Eid, Ramadan, mother's day etc. The only regret I have is not sending him here earlier. I would definitely recommend this nursery to every parent. I cannot fault this nursery at all and I am sad that my son's journery with this nursery is coming to an end.”

“Both my daughters have enjoyed attending little sneakers. The staff are all lovely, brilliant with the children and do a fantastic job at keeping the children engaged and excited to learn. . There are plenty toys, activities for the children to get involved with and the pre school do a brilliant job of preparing the kids for school. My youngest starts school this year and is sad to be leaving. She has gained more confidence and really blossomed since coming to sneakers. It is a lovely vibrant nursery with a happy atmosphere and happy kids. Would highly recommend it.”

“Its a great place for kids to learn basic skills and manners, so can be prepared to start their full time school . Moreover kids get some time to play with different toys and learn to share and coordinate with the fellow beings. Staff is so nice and cooperative. They handle kids with love and care.”

Stacey is so friendly and inclusive and I always learn something new every week! They ensured there were age appropriate toys and that she could join in on all activities. Our daughter settled very quickly due to her excellent key worker and other staff members. “Very happy with Sneakers at Studley. The management goes above and beyond to keep high standards of care and to make sure that each individual's needs are met. Meals are very healthy and nutritious. Kids spend a lot of time outdoors and do all sorts of creative activities. The staff listens to parents' requests and tries to follow up on them as closely as possible and reasonably. Overall, we're very happy with the nursery. Thank you to staff and management team for your hard work and commitment.”

“It was the first time I viewed a nursery and I didn't know what to expect. To me it was a house with toys, and u wasn't that impressed. I obviously didn't have a clue what counts when it comes to your child's development. Absolutely quality nursery. All the staff are amazing, huge family vibe. My daughter currently attends, she loves it! French lessons, tennis lessons. The development and improvement in her behaviour is priceless. “My daughter started this nursery in September, we were initially worried about her starting due to her extra needs but the staff have been absolutely invaluable, they nurture her in every aspect and support her in every area she needs, ensuring to also encourage her development and growth. She has come on leaps and bounds in the few months she's been there, and she absolutely loves the staff. We really can't thank the girls in her room as well as the whole team for all they do for her.
