“Our son has attended Norfolk House since August 2020. The staff here always welcome you with a smile, they make you feel as though your child and yourself are part of the team/family. The staff keep you updated with what your child has done throughout the day and we love getting photos to bring home with us. We love all the different activities that are set throughout the months. We also have strict religious dietary requirements for our son which the nursery respect. We would recommend this nursery to all parents.”

“We visited the store today and we were assisted by a lovely lady named Louisa ,she explained every single detail and she had lots off knowledge about the push chairs and car sits , We had a bit off issue with the card payment but she was soo passionate and nice ,at the end she offered to take 10% payment and allowed as to pay the rest online .that was soo nice off here . I was not feeling well and she offered me bottle of water with no charge . I would highly recommend visiting the store and ask for Louisa . THANK YOU SOO MUCH LOUISA ❤️”

“A really excellent nursery. They have a great range of activities for the children, including lots of outdoor play and a forest school which my daughter loves. They have access to Winterbourne gardens which are really beautiful, and they do a lot of cooking, art, crafts, etc. as well as sensory play, stories and songs. The staff seem highly competent, and they provide detailed feedback on how my daughter has been every day. I would highly recommend it.”

“My daughter moved here after her preschool closed with no notice. Owner and manager really flexible with extra days and sessions. All staff welcome every child, children really cared for and loads of activities out for them. Photos show amazing activities on their private page for updating parents. End of term report really highlighted how well they know my daughter. Garden has just been redone and looks amazing. I only wish I had found this nursery first and had her there longer.”

“My little boy absolutely loves this nursery once he’s there, even though he can be a bit unsure going in. The staff are always warm, patient, and interactive, and it’s clear how much they care about the children. Once he settles, he’s so happy playing with the staff, and he even blows kisses when he leaves, which says everything about how comfortable he feels with them. They also put so much thought into special occasions. The nursery runs lovely themed sessions and events, often holding them on weekends so that working parents can join in too — something I really appreciate. It’s a wonderful, supportive environment, and I’m so grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!”

“My daughter has attended the playhouse for Just under a year. The staff are so helpful and friendly, always genuinely happy to see my little girl and nothing is too much trouble to help with. The transition from toddler room to pre school was staggered and times well,making an anxious mummy feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, homely nursery for their children.”

“I contacted Family Matters Enterprise centre in Highgate, Birmingham after receiving particularly bad service at another contact centre. I didn’t know what to expect but when I called I spoke to Sabia, who couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating to me. After listening to me explaining that I required urgent contact centre availability in order to see my sons before the final family court hearing and the difficulties I had experienced with the previous centre (cancelling my booking without consulting me), Sabina advised me that she would be able to assist me. She went on to carefully explain what they provided to parents like myself, the way the centre was run, payments and much more. I can’t express how relieved I was after that phone call with Sabia who while advising me in a professional manner, was extremely polite, understanding and reassuring. I explained that my sons had expressed a desire to go Go Karting during our session in the community and I was assured that this would not be a problem, a member of staff would be available to accompany us. I cannot praise and recommend this contact centre enough. The management and staff go above and beyond to ensure the parent/child contact takes place as smoothly as possible, during what could be described as a difficult and emotional time for parents/children alike. This place is a perfect example of how parent/child contact centres should be managed.”

“This nursery has been great for my child and her devolpment. Have found the staff to always be polite, friendly and helpful and the overall facilities to be great. Since visiting it several times over the last year it has always been clean and tidy and plenty of activities for the kids to engage with. We get lots of updates on how our child is doing through the nursery app and it is great to see pictures of her smiling and being super happy. Ignore the bad reviews they seem to be indivdual cases filled with hate and not giving a true feel or account of the nursery as it is today. One review clearly seems to not have read his terms and conditions on sighn up and is bitter about having to pay a small sighn up fee.”

“I was very nervous when my child started nursery for the first time. It was hard getting her settled in at first, many tears both me & her but the staff were so supportive and helped Sofia settle in very quickly. I have noticed a very positive change in her behavior since she started the nursery, she has become more independent and she’s now happy to go nursery. I would recommend the nursery, I have personally seen my child’s behavior change positively, it’s always been a struggle to manage tantrums and get her to listen but I don’t face these issue anymore. Happy days :)”
