“Took my girls to pick some toys as one finished her first book and other had her first few weeks at school, Met on entry by a wonderful girl by the name of Megan she was very welcoming and kind, bumped into her again when we were closer to the till she showed us a few other items that were good value for money so we added them to our basket aswell, her attitude made the visit more special for my girls, thank you Megan, other around the store were very helpful but I didnt manage to catch their names guy at the till was very patient, manager and guy by the nerf guns who helped me find the sword again big thanks guys, amazingly run store”

“Absolutely lovely staff, it has a feel of home from home, I have been using this nursery for 3 years and two children. My eldest son left a year ago to start full time school and he still says he wishes he could go to little angels. I’ve never felt so confident and comfortable in leaving my children as I do with little angels. Xx”

“Both my children have attended this Nursery from age 2. (Now 2 1/2 and 4) They have both loved it and are always excited to go in! My overall experience is a positive one. My son has SEN and is due to start School in September. The staff have been amazing supporting him. They are caring and great at their jobs, always friendly and welcoming”

“It was the first time I viewed a nursery and I didn't know what to expect. To me it was a house with toys, and u wasn't that impressed. I obviously didn't have a clue what counts when it comes to your child's development. Absolutely quality nursery. All the staff are amazing, huge family vibe. My daughter currently attends, she loves it! French lessons, tennis lessons. The development and improvement in her behaviour is priceless. Annette is always available to talk through anything, and never seems to be rushing you! So glad (and lucky) that we got a place”

“Kings norton nursery has been such a wonderful setting for both my children, the most friendly caring, helpful staff, a great head teacher, safe grounds, just a happy, calm lovely nursery, i cant recommend this pre school enough. Both my children have autism and are non verbal and they have been so understanding and patient with them. Gutted its time for us to leave.”

“My daughter has attended Busy Little Bees since she was 6 months old. She has just left to start reception aged 4. I literally could not of picked a better nursery, she was extremely well looked after and she really enjoyed her time there. I never had any issues or concerns, and the staff are extremley caring. She has thrived in such a positive environment. Highly recommend.”

“Toddlers Den have professional friendly staff. They really care about the children they are teaching and ensure your child is happy. They have a big space with plenty of activities for your children to engage in. Their communication is open, honest and consistent. They have time to listen and are always looking to support your child where needed. My daughter is happy when she leaves nursery and has a lot to share about her busy day. I highly recommend toddlers den, they really are special.”

“I was shopping for a pushchair and car seat for our first baby. I had a vague idea what I was after but Hannah helpfully guided us through the options and gave useful tips on what features would be important. We managed to pick out a car seat and pushchair that suited our needs, and even better it was delivered the next day. It was a non-pushy sales approach and we were the only ones in the shop, having booked an appointment online. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for anything else we need.”

“My child has attended Angels from the first week that they opened, I could not recommend them enough to any new parents with the worries we have. When I had a look around with a member of management I was blown away by what I saw in each room, every child was engaged with creative activities and couldn't look happier. My little one struggled with settling in again after lockdown but the management team did everything they possibly could to make it easier for not only my little one but me as well. The progress I have seen in my daughter over the last year is amazing and I couldn't thank them enough, the support from the team was continued over lockdown with my child having her own work pack sent via email for them to complete and regular phone calls from Miss Hadley and Miss Callaghan to check in on us as a family. I couldn't thank them enough for all their hard work and love they show to us as a family.”

“I've been dropping my daughter to Shirley honeypots since 2019, when my daughter was only 10months old. I remember thinking 'what am I doing?' but it was honestly the best decision we made. My lil one is due to graduate this month n her journey here has come to an end but it's been the best journey watching her grow in confidence and learn new things and that's all down to the staff here they are all amazing. I will truly miss seeing them. The facilities and the day to day activities are great. They hold amazing events which gets us involved with the children too. And not only has my daughter made friends for life so have we as parents.”

The first time I went was just over a year ago and it did lack a bit of atmosphere but now it is so professional and the girls haven't stopped talking about it!
