I was seen by Dr Imran and dental nurse Adela. What can I say other than exceptional care, Dr Imran explained everything in detail, took an x-ray and explained the process. Before I attended I was fearful of the extraction being a wisdom tooth. However Dr Imran took care and spoke to me throughout as to what was happening. I must say, before I realised the tooth was out in no time and with very little discomfort. Before leaving, Dr Imran went through everything I needed to do to ensure that the gum heals properly. Absolutely great care and aftercare guidance and attention throughout! Thank you very much to Dr Imran and Adela and the lovely and helpful receptionist who booked the appointment for me.”

I haven’t been for a few years and was nervous as I saw they had new Dentists, I was booked in with Charmaine and she made me feel at ease. I wasn’t anxious, she did an x-ray and spoke with me about the options we had going forward about my teeth. I’m booked in for another extraction and a filling and for the first time in my life I’m not scared about going to the dentist. Can’t praise them enough.”

She also gave me clear, practical advice on how to maintain good hygiene between visits—something no other hygienist has done to this level before. The reception team also deserves praise. “After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **”
