At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

“I contacted Family Matters Enterprise centre in Highgate, Birmingham after receiving particularly bad service at another contact centre. I didn’t know what to expect but when I called I spoke to Sabia, who couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating to me. After listening to me explaining that I required urgent contact centre availability in order to see my sons before the final family court hearing and the difficulties I had experienced with the previous centre (cancelling my booking without consulting me), Sabina advised me that she would be able to assist me. She went on to carefully explain what they provided to parents like myself, the way the centre was run, payments and much more. I can’t express how relieved I was after that phone call with Sabia who while advising me in a professional manner, was extremely polite, understanding and reassuring. I explained that my sons had expressed a desire to go Go Karting during our session in the community and I was assured that this would not be a problem, a member of staff would be available to accompany us. I cannot praise and recommend this contact centre enough. The management and staff go above and beyond to ensure the parent/child contact takes place as smoothly as possible, during what could be described as a difficult and emotional time for parents/children alike. This place is a perfect example of how parent/child contact centres should be managed.”

“I can’t vouch for every dentist at the practice, but if they’re all anything like Fauzania, then dental phobia might just go extinct. Honestly, if more dentists were this gentle, calm, and downright lovely, “fear of the dentist” would be a thing kids read about in history books. Even the receptionist—who, let’s face it, can sometimes be the real test of nerves—was an absolute delight. No icy glares, no clipboard interrogations, just smiles and warmth. A plot twist I didn’t see coming! Now, I’ve been seeing dentists twice a year for 49 years (that’s a lot of fluoride), and I’ve never felt so at ease in The Chair. Every step was explained clearly—whether it was a puff of air or a cheek pull, nothing came as a surprise. I didn’t even do the usual death grip on the armrests! Honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I would. Top marks all round. Thanks, Fauzania—you’ve redefined what a dental visit can be.”

“A great taxi company with great drivers. We pre booked them a lot over Christmas and new year and the driver (unfortunately can’t remember his name) was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Drivers were on time every booking whether it was 4:15am to the airport or 1am New Years Eve. All in all a very good taxi company that I will definitely use and recommend moving forward.”

“Scrupulously clean shop and very friendly customer service. Top marks. Freshly fried falafel was light and easy to eat. I prefer it with more herbs & spices in the mix and tahini sauce (which surprisingly they don't offer) but it was still pretty good and @£4 for a loaded and filling sandwich, excellent value. I'll be back with my own tahini and green chilli&coriander sauce! The baklava was also very fresh and quite tasty. I shall spread the word!”

“We came here for an anniversary dinner and we had a lovely time, thank you! The food is superb and staff were brilliant. The veggie menu was great and my partner loved his pork main. If I could make one suggestion, the wine list seems to be mostly 'easy to drink' wines, it could do with some more advanced, adventurous options. Especially reds, I wish there was a proper smoky red to go with the beef and pork. It's a beautiful place, so jealous of the walled vegetable garden, ! Would come back for sure”
