I can tell you one thing for sure the food was delicious all cooked fresh while we waited the flavour of the jalfrezi was amazing the korma was delicious naans were full of flavour and chips that were fresh and we were given some popadoms and dips. Fridays are going to be a lot different from today!!!”

“Called ahead first to ask about bringing three of my service users (one learning disabilities and two complex needs). Couldn't be more helpful on the phone. Even suggested we could have a table in the quietest area. Once there, the staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't do enough to make sure our people were comfortable and stress free. Took the guys names so the bills didn't get confused and allowed us as much time as we needed at the table. Mitchell and Aaron, you were both brilliant and a credit to the pub. Thankyou both and we will definitely be back soon”

From snow play to a pantomime and Christmas music, it put us into the festive spirit, the decorations outside were amazing too! We were gifted our tickets via Acorns Children's Hospice and the disabled access was amazing too!”

“Our family had the most wonderful stay-and-play experience at Drayton Manor Resort, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I visited recently during their Halloween special, and it was a magical experience from start to finish. Everything — from the themed décor to the warm hospitality — made it one of the best family getaways we’ve ever had. The highlight of our trip was, without a doubt, the Thomas Land theme park. Our little boy is a huge Thomas the Tank Engine fan, and seeing his face light up when we entered was priceless. He absolutely loved riding on the Thomas-themed trains, meeting his favourite characters, and exploring all the fun rides designed especially for younger children. The park was beautifully decorated for Halloween with pumpkins, friendly ghosts, and cheerful seasonal music, creating a festive yet family-friendly atmosphere. Every corner had something new to discover, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents. We also stayed overnight in one of the Thomas & Friends-themed rooms, and it was simply amazing. The attention to detail was outstanding — from the Thomas bedding and wall art to the little touches that made our son feel like he was sleeping in Sodor itself. He was so thrilled that he didn’t want to go to bed, and the next morning, he didn’t want to leave! In fact, he kept asking if we could stay “just one more night” so he could go back to Thomas Land again. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even better. The food options were great, and everything was clean, well-organized, and family-oriented. Overall, Drayton Manor Resort is a dream destination for families, especially those with young children. We created some truly special memories and can’t wait to visit again — maybe next time for Christmas or summer!”

“I needed to return a faulty camping chair, I must say the service was EXCELLENT, nothing was too much trouble, they even carried the chairs in from my car. I purchased online, and it turned out I bought from Millets, after Blacks were unable to supply, this was back in May, but no problem they exchanged for two new ones, and refunded on my CC immediately. My thanks to the Manager for his excellent service.”

“Stayed for the weekend with my wife Jan, the coppice is set in picturesque surroundings near to the buzzard valley vineyard, a good place to visit. When we arrived were made most welcome with a cup of tea and biscuit's, the room was superb, large flat screen television all the tea and coffee making facilities you need ,the breakfast was cooked to a very high standard and you could have a second helping if you wanted all in all it is a the tops to stay and the staff are fantastic.”
