“Went to this store last night to get stuff for my daughter and david was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know about each item we sent him to the till about 5 times and he did not get frustrated at all and was still ready to help us even made us laugh at some points and in my opinion that’s what it’s all about when going to a store. David deserves a pay raise after going above and beyond for his customers even the lady on till was very helpful and polite. Just wanted to say a big thanks to staff at this store and hope the big boss can give you something in return thanks”

As a woman, one can feel uncomfortable entering a gadget shop; and fortunately, I felt totally at ease by the manner Omar showed - which was respectful and kind; and above all honest (worth a second mention!)
