βRavensknowle Park is approx 12 acres (5 ha) of parkland, forming the grounds of Tolson Museum. The park may be small-ish, but it's lovely to wander round, and is well-maintained. It's popular with families with young children. It's home to the striking Cloth Hall Shelter, this being the entrance and clock tower from the old Cloth Hall, moved here from Huddersfield town centre after the Cloth Hall was demolished in 1929/30. There is ample free parking on site. The museum serves refreshments, with outside seating. The Tolson Museum is also worth a visit; entry is free.β

βThe conference lunch was delicious, and everything throughout our stay was excellent. We come here quite often, and this experience was good as always. Highly recommended! Silvia was extremely professional and made our visit exceptional. She helped check us in for our conference and hosted the entire event perfectly. We also saw her serving at the bar and look after reception β she truly does it all. After speaking with her, we learned she is a Supervisor, and itβs clear why. Very dedicated. We sure be back. Rudi was also very professional and those ladies looked after us regularly.β
βGot my medicine on time, good service and delivered well by luqmanβ
βThis park is a wonderful place for day visit and have a peaceful time with family. It has 2 lakes, one is small. Lots of ducks and fish roaming around in the lake. It has woodland and walking track. There are two small hills to climb up and see the whole city from there. It is very quiet, gives tranquillity when walking. Dog friendly. Seen many sign of BBQ though official notice hanging not to do so. Altogether had a wonderful afternoon and stayed till sunset. Enjoyed thoroughly. Definitely recommend. Parking available in the street next to the GP. In park parking closed, don't know why. No toilet facilities.β

βBeen struggling to find a dentist for such a long time. As someone who gets very nervous at the dentist after previous bad experiences I was dreading coming for a check up, but was made to feel at ease by Karen and Usma on arrival who were both super friendly and welcoming (also very much appreciated the reminder call from Karen the day before). The check up was thorough and quick with everything explained (thanks Ehmen!), couldnβt fault a thing.β
βI live close, so when I work from home I walk in the park to get some fresh air. It is still a well-used park, walkers, dog walkers runners, new play park for the children. It's lovely in all seasons, well looked after by volunteers and the council.β
