So easy to deal with and a very wide variety of stock. Online orders are usually ready to pickup within a couple of minutes One of my key suppliers.”

“Great, knowledgeable people who care about animals. They have x-ray facilities and do some operations on site. Part of a local chain, with an animal hospital in Halifax for out-of-hours services. Offers a 'pet plan' for a direct debit of about £14/month, which includes all flea and worming treatments for the year, and also the annual vaccination. The practice was recommended to me by a friend, and I have recommended it to others.”

“Lovely place to sit and spend some quiet time on a sunny day. Free entry and very clean inside. We were lucky to enjoy the colour festival on the day we went. Overall, it is a good place for children and elderly both.”

“Definitely would recommend Primo, I love the fact that the menu is simple so it’s easy to choose. The atmosphere is as peaceful even when the tables are close you couldn’t hear others conversations. The service was great no complaints and the lady serving us was lovely and very friendly. Starters were tasty, when for pizza and I was stuffed after 3 slices was gutted that there was no tiramisu left so had the brownie which was out of this world would have liked more cream though but apart from that it was great and I would definitely return”

Not only did Tavi look at the issue my cat had gone in for but looked at two other little issues as well. Not only is Tavi a great vet he is also a nice person. “Ravensknowle Park is approx 12 acres (5 ha) of parkland, forming the grounds of Tolson Museum. The park may be small-ish, but it's lovely to wander round, and is well-maintained. It's popular with families with young children. It's home to the striking Cloth Hall Shelter, this being the entrance and clock tower from the old Cloth Hall, moved here from Huddersfield town centre after the Cloth Hall was demolished in 1929/30. There is ample free parking on site. The museum serves refreshments, with outside seating. The Tolson Museum is also worth a visit; entry is free.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. Tidy, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds, and a large breakfast area staffed by a cheerful lady. The cooked breakfast was very nice. You can also choose continental options.”

“Me and my kids visited splash park from Manchester. Honestly it was an amazing experience. My kids enjoyed a lot. Staff was really polite and helpful and the place itself was super clean. Paid parking is available just next to the centre. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Two weeks ago I ordered my food shop as usual, I paid extra for express delivery as I was desperately needed a food shop to arrive before the morning and my car wasn't working. My shop never arrived. I since learned that there was a glitch in the website system when I placed my order. I was on to customer services all morning from 7am-11:30am. They weren't helpful at all, and kept hanging up on me. I was pretty upset, because they cancelled my order, and told me id get a refund in about 3-5 days. That didn't work for me because I spent the last of my food shop money on that order, plus I needed the food urgently, hence why I paid extra, the order also included my son's birthday cake and candles. I rang customer services over and over explaining that they've cancelled my order, haven't delivered, and kept my money so I can't even replace my shopping. I was so upset. I ended up ringing this Asda, explained my situation and the lady who answered the phone was so lovely and understanding of the situation. She forwarded the issue to the manager David who rang customer services on my behalf to try and sort it out and took it upon himself to make sure I had my shopping delivered that day. He went above and beyond and my food shop arrived before tea time. My boy was so happy too because his cake arrived, and David so kindly upgraded the small cake I'd ordered to a much bigger cake and sent my son a birthday card. I could barely hold back my tears when the shop arrived and we saw all that kindness too. My 4 kids had dinner on the table just in time and my son was made up that his birthday cake still came! David, was exceptional and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, I don't think I'll ever forget the kindness my family were shown. Thanks David, bless you.”
