“Booked a Airport Cab in Brighton for a pick-up at 03:00 a.m. early morning go to Gatwick Airport , and I was very pleased with the service. Perfectly on time for both the airport pickup and drop-off !!”
“Our dog Trudi was very happy staying with Molly and her new auntie Sally. We also were very happy that Trudi was being cared for so well! Sally was extremely professional and helpful, keeping us updated as to how Trudi was doing during her short stay with Molly and Friends in early November 2023.”
“Took me a while to find the perfect kennels for my anxious dachshund wilbur. These ladies are so wonderful! Its more of a doggy hotel then a kennels!! . Wilbur loves going, and gets so excited to see everyone. I trust them 110% with my boy.”
“I have rented out my property at Brighton Marina for the last 11 years through Leaders and have been very happy with the team there. I would like a special mention to be made about my property manager Adam Mcilwaine. Adam always offers a very professional, efficient service. He is pleasant and easy to deal with and I hope he continues to be my liaison for many years to come!”
“We stayed 4 nights in a ground floor double room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. It was hot week and they kindly put a fan in the room. The lounge is relaxing and comfortable with a nice outlook onto steyne gardens. The breakfast is amazing, can't fault it. Excellent choice and quality plus the service is top class. Staff are really nice and helpful, we didn't get everyone's names but big hi to Vicky and Tim. We will definitely stay again next time we're down that way from Essex. Best wishes Ian and Denise.”
“Lovely location and good quality rooms. Great value. Breakfast was good. No bar and restaurants for lunch or evening meals at present. Self check in was online and a bit excessive but most of the questions can most likely be ignored.”
“Popped in tonight for a few pints. Bar staff were lovely. The gentleman (Stephen) behind the bar poured me a great Guinness 0.0. And the lady (India) was gorgeous and so friendly. Will definitely pop back to see them both.”
“Great experience using this estate agents for our recent move. Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Was so quick at replying, had a same day viewing, and within a day or two we began referencing. Any questions or difficulties we had were quickly resolved (even if we were the issue). And we're so happy with our new place and how quick it was made to happen. Daniel really listened to our concerns and always found a way to make this happen. Would recommend, thanks”
“Away working and got feed up paying £10 for a bacon and egg roll and a coffee. £10.99 for all you can eat in a premier inn is the way to go. Filled me flask and left with a pocket full of fruit and yoghurt.”
“Amazing Hostel, couldn’t ask for a better location. Friendly staff. Massive common area with full bar, snacks, cheap breakfast. Steps from the pier, fish & chip shops and nightclubs. Extra shout out to Kate, Marlo and Dan, truly great hosts!! Would leave 6 stars if I could. The staff are fabulous and answered my millions of questions with huge smiles. Definitely the best hostel experience I’ve had in the UK. Will be booking here any time I’m in Brighton!!!”
“Everything was very good. It was easy to check in, the room was clean and fresh, so were the beds and towels. We had a TV, tea and coffee facilities, a good shower, also an extra heater if it was chilly and even a hair dryer. It was very good value for money and the lady who met us on arrival was very friendly. The location was excellent we had a coffee shop and a pub plus lots of shops at one end of the street and a five minute walk to the beech at the other end. There was lots of independent eateries and bars within a short walk. We were also only about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Royal Pavilion and the Museum or the Lanes and the shops. It was also on a very good bus route.”
“Fantastic food, super tasty and all very reasonably priced. Our waiter Mo was very friendly and incredibly attentive. The quiet atmosphere is great for a nice chat however the place could be a bit more lively. Would recommend!”
“I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always enjoyed my stays. Rooms are what I would expect for a 3* hotel, very comfortable beds, and they have always been clean. What I especially like is the location, which is right in the centre of Brighton, and the staff. My friends and I are members of the trans community, and we are always made to feel extremely welcome, with the staff making Premier Inn a truly inclusive business and a place I want to return too.”
“★★★★★ Kipps Brighton: The Best Location for the Price—A Perfect Base. This place delivers exactly what you need for an affordable and convenient stay in Brighton. You absolutely cannot beat the location: it is right opposite the Royal Pavilion and a short, easy walk to the Lanes, the Pier, and the seafront. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pricing offers exceptional value considering you are in the heart of the city. While it is a basic setup (more of a functional guest house than a luxury hotel), the whole place is well-maintained and provides a peaceful, comfortable space to sleep. The Real Highlights: • Prime Central Spot: Perfect for tourists—everything is walkable. • The Team: Staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. • Great Value: Excellent price point for this location. ⚠️ Local Guide Pro Tip: This is a self-check-in facility, so be sure to have your entry codes ready before you arrive.”
“stayed here with a friend while visiting brighton for a show. in a great location, close to the city centre and the seafront. We had breakfast included and it was lovely. Great view from our window. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was also large. also has a lift which was super helpful for carrying our luggage upstairs!”
“Great hotel for a long weekend away. Staff are amazing and really friendly. Breakfast was great, everything from a fruit smoothie to a full English. A***”
“I really enjoyed our stay here, and could tell that the staff put alot of effort into welcoming us. The towels were folded into flowers and all sitting on our beds. The room was in very good condition, and the beds comfy. The only downside was taking our bigger luggage bags down the narrow stairwell because there is no lift. Would absolutely reccomended staying here!”
“We are staying here currently and we were a bit worried beforehand after reading all the bad reviews but honestly I believe people’s expectations are way too high. You really are paying for what you get, so if you would like a 5 star hotel then that is what you should go pay for. The rooms, while yes, dated, do what they are intended for. The hotel is located right by the beach so there is lots to do and you only really need to sleep here so the hotel is perfect for that, especially at the cheap prices it has. The shower in our room had the best water pressure I have ever felt and the beds are comfy. The rooms are very clean also. The staff are lovely and very helpful, so thank you for that. And again, to reiterate, the reviews here appear to be left by people who have high expectations for an affordable hotel. We would definitely stay here again!”
“Short stay clean by the beach highly recommended”
“I can’t recommend Anna at Fluffies & Friends highly enough. She is so kind and caring and I just knew instantly she would look after my piggies well. Their enclosure was kept clean, they had time in the grass run and I received daily updates/photos. 5* i will be booking them in for future holidays. Thank you!”
“We had a one night stay in the Owl’s Nest on our hike along the South Downs Way. A truly lovely spot to rest after a long day hiking, beautiful location, peaceful, well thought out cabin with everything we needed. Mandy and Darran were wonderful hosts and provided us with the most delicious sausages and fresh eggs for our breakfast, setting us up for our next day walking. Will definitely be back!!”
“We have recently came back from the most incredible family trip to Dubai, and it’s all thanks to Lucinda and her travel company. From the moment we reached out to her, we knew we were in good hands. Lucinda took the time to understand what we wanted from our trip, and she planned every little detail so thoughtfully. Lucinda really went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best experience possible. Now, we’re so excited to have Lucinda planning our next adventure to Thailand. If our Dubai trip was anything to go by, we’re in for another amazing journey. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your trip perfect, Lucinda is the one you want. We can't recommend her enough!”
“After a hard 1 year + of having my mum's home on the market with little / no interest, we finally instructed PSP to market it for us, in January 2025. We had an offer within weeks, and completed in time of the April 1st Stamp Duty change. I was incredibly impressed with the superb service I received from Josh, Ali & Elliot (and all others). Their attention, skill and knowledge of the local market is a cut above the rest. Thank you all so very very much in getting my Mum moved and happy. 5 *****”
“An impressive 5 star Cattery. Communication was excellent. Extremely well organised. The owners were friendly and helpful. Misty had clearly very happy during her stay. Will definitely use again. Would highly recommend.”
“We have returned recently from 'one week' stay at 'The Old Flower Field Lodges', where we had the MOST AMAZING time. Our stay was made so much more enjoyable b/c of our hosts 'Shaun' and 'Sue' who run the business. The lodges were extremely comfortable, all the home comforts you need to make your stay more enjoyable / relaxing. Additionally, laundry and 'disabled / wheelchair' friendly (seated) shower facility is available for guests. Regretfully, we returned home on Saturday. Anyone looking for great location to stay, near to south-coast, home comforts and excellent hosts, we recommend you look at booking time at The Old Flower Field Lodges'.”
“Wonderful B&B in a quiet location offering great value for money. Really enjoyed our stay here, a warm welcome from the owners upon our arrival, the room had a beautiful view over the garden and field behind - We were given a map to keep of the local area and an ice cold bottle of water for the room. Tea & coffee was also available in the room. Bramble barn was a medium walk to town, maybe 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent and very generous - freshly cooked to order, with vegetarian options that could easily be tweaked to a vegan cooked breakfast if required. I would 100% stay again!”
“Just completed a re Roofing and Chimney refurbishment project for For Andrew and Brad at A & R lettings , Great team / Regards Charles And all the team at Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd”
“We had a fantastic stay at the Main Manor House with a group of friends. The house has everything that you need and is in a great location. The house itself is comfortable and full of history. The grounds are very well maintained and there are lots of activities on site or nearby. We would really recommend visiting!”
